The Royal Grove

If you buy a ticket, you should be guaranteed entry to the show you're paying for. I'm not sure why they cannot just... not oversell past their capacity.

Horrible business practices and management. The Royal Grove is not the same since they are in charge now. Overselling an event by almost double. Made it so people were waiting in line for hours, or didn't even get in at all. "A ticket doesn't guarantee entry" ..such a joke. And making people pay $20 for parking. I've never paid for parking at The Royal Grove before. These people are sellouts and do not care about the attendees. Do not give them your money. These people are sellouts.

Friends were told to go to the bathroom outside, because toilets were flooded and the venue was unprepared. The venue staff was unkind from the second I walked in the door. I love this venue so I expected more!

this is the worst place I have never fucking been in. i fucking hate this place. i have formal here and i have been waiting outside for over 30 fucking minutes. they are also being rude asf and i lost my buzz. don't book with this place.

We went for euphoria night and we got the same, horrible music that plays at every party. Why hire a DJ? Just make a playlist. All the employees are rude and treated EVERYONE, minors and 21+, like middle schoolers. It was infuriating to be treated like my friends and I were constantly doing something wrong when we were just trying to have a good time. The sad thing is that this place really could be Lincoln's top spot for night life: the lights are great, screen behind the DJ booth is super cool, and the sound system is nice, it's the workers, uncleanliness of the whole place, and unprofessionalism that will keep this place as a last resort spot. Waste of money, time, and robbed us of a good night out somewhere else.

Whole place sucks. Awful service, bad music, bad drinks, all of the above. Go downtown and not to this shit hole.
