Mary Beth and Frank budz are the best host, food was amazing, if in Ashland for a visit, business or a staycation, the Roost is the place to be, hands down homey comfortable feeling with all the conveniences. We loved the infinity swim spa, and the back deck fireplace, it's within walking distance of anything downtown Ashland.. We will be back again. Thanks again for your sweet hospitality

Wonderful B&B, the hospitality shown was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, see picture. I stayed in the Crow's Nest. Very comfortable and got 2 nights of great sleep.Will stay there again when in the area.It is within walking distance of downtown Ashland, which is an enjoyable small town with different shops and restaurants to enjoy. There was a Halloween event where the kids walked up and down the main street trick-or-treating and collecting candy from stores. Very cute or scary or cute. I recommend The Roost highly.
