Yes, this is a gallery inside the Home Ec building on the East Campus; I found it via Google. There is no permanent collection; it's one room and it's open M-F when the University is. When we visited they were doing a textile exhibit of 100' of fabric embroidered with birds; flowers; landscapes; Dick and Jane figures, and environmental disasters. Previous exhibits have ranged from historic textiles to dolls to Indian quilts and painting.You can park in Visitor Parking and get a parking pass across the hall (they'll need your license plate number). Depending on the exhibit, might be well worth a trip. Free.
