A wonderful hotel with exceptionally beautiful decor. The rooms are spotless and even the fragrance of the hotel is on point. All the employees went above and beyond in quality of service, in particular commending Tyler and Elisa for their true understanding of the world of hospitality. The views from the rooftop bar are spectacular - what an excellent date spot.

Really great hotel. The rooms are smaller than I anticipated but it worked out well for the two nights we were visiting. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little concerned, I feel like we left it a little better than it was when we arrived. Not concerning enough for it to warrant a call to the front desk, just could really use a detail clean. We waited awhile at the bar for the bartender to show up. There was also a delay in the third party valet service contracted by the hotel. Other than that, very nice hotel in the Omaha area. Staff was extremely friendly.

They messed up our rooms and the first room they gave us was dirty. Luckily they accommodated us with a cleaner a little nicer room but still not the one we booked. My husband and I did enjoy the food. We absolutely loved it. We don't recommend going especially because of the parking. We had to park on the 8th floor because we opted out paying $38 a day for valet and their elevator was broken. One time when my husband was coming back from the garage, he got chased in the stairwell by a homeless person who then proceeded to harass me when I was waiting for the car my husband went to get in front of the hotel. Not safe.

Booked a room and upon arriving was told they overbooked. Then we were told they had a water leak and didn't call anyone to let them know. They then suggested an alternate hotel that they said had extra rooms and upon arrival didn't have any. Horrible service.

Finishes | Service | Habitat Monica and I stayed here using our AMEX benefits over the thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time and would stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family. Finishes - they have amazing finishes throughout the property. All the bathrooms, bedrooms, lights, furnishings are top notch and very functional. As a couple who reads at night, the reading lights over the bed was a great touch. Service - everyone throughout the property was great. From the hotel's front desk, to the gym, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant group -- everyone made our stay ideal. Habitat - habitat is the name of the hotel's restaurant. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. You can call down and order as well. Pro tip - they have a roof top bar that is open seasonally. Their drink menu is different than the habitats' so be prepared.

The hotel has been newly renovated as of 6-9 months ago. It's part of the Hilton curio collection, so for certain credit cards... there are perks! Nate and I decided to book a 2 night staycation in Omaha over the Thanksgiving holiday to explore downtown and be close to the turkey trot starting line. We loved the hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The gym is in the basement so no windows and feels a bit dungeon-esk, but there's lots of room and things to do to keep you active. There's also bottled water in a fridge to keep y'a hydrated. The only complaint I had (which is minor but still there) is that the "falcon view" is literally a wall up against the window with a painted falcon. It's a bit claustrophobic and you get 0% city vibes. It's advertised as a cool perk, but I would have went city view had I known. However on the plus side, the noise level was 0.All around, great hotel!

Overall, we had a good experience with the Peregrine. Prompt valet on a very cold day, quick check-in, and a small but very comfortable and uniquely decorated room. The bed and the shower were excellent and the staff responded quickly (about ten minutes) on a request for an extra blanket. The need for the extra blanket arose because the room was quite cold and the heating system never fully kicked in, even with the thermostat set at 80. The bed was butted up to the window and warmth never quite reached that area...though the extra blanket allowed for a good night's sleep for both of us. My Favorite Companion also thought the lack of a refrigerator unusual as we've found them commonplace in most hotels. Same with the bath towels...only two allotted for the room when, most of the time elsewhere, we've discovered at least one but more likely two extra. The hotel is conveniently located to the Old Market (about a half mile away) and to other downtown venues. The staff is very friendly and happily answers questions. In warmer weather there is a rooftop bar and the restaurant off the lobby looks comfortable. We likely will return in the summer but hope the AC offers better coverage than the heating system.

My husband and I call this the bird hotel. Love the Peregrine theme from the bird cage in the lobby, the "Habitat" restaurant, bird nest theme on each floor, bird feather wallpapers, etc. The story of the local nearby Woodman Life Tower states that the peregrine falcon migrated to skyscrapers as they have pigeons and starlings to supply their diet. Now every year, a nesting pair hatches chicks atop the tower. Suppose they took the once almost extinct bird for their theme. Works well. The hotel itself is brand new, sparkling clean and small but cozy king size rooms. Room does not include a fridge. My favorite part is the comfy bed, doesn't sink in and comfortable pillows. Being downtown, I do understand the parking situation in terms of not having a garage. It's $12 across the street with no in and out access or $25 with in and out privileges. We had dinner plans and so we needed to leave and come back. $25 is PRICEY. They have to secure a better deal for their hotel guest. Otherwise, a great stay.
