Was a nice spot. My pup looked great afterwards and loved the treats I got him from their snack shop.I wish I could've been there while he was being groomed but I guess they don't allow that. Overall it was a good experience, still tentative to make them my go to dog groomer though.

I was in a pinch on somewhere to board my dog. The plan was to keep him at the "pet friendly" hotel with my boyfriend and I. Unfortunately, that fell through and I was desperate for somewhere to take him for one night. The Paw Spa Pet Resort was about to not take my pup either as they said they needed vac records 24 hours in advance. I stated that I had all the records on my phone to which they ended up approving. I can't thank The Paw Spa Pet Resort enough for helping us out in such a high stress moment!

I've never had a dog that requires grooming before, so have no background experience to compare this place. That said, the staff is very friendly and definitely seem to enjoy what they do, including being around excited dogs.Since I didn't know what to ask for, they suggested the "face, feet, and fanny" trim. Took about an hour, and the dog did clean up pretty well, I must say.They don't have a waiting area, but Lamar's Donuts is close by. So all in all a good experience.

I have taken my dog for boarding here and the experience was ok, but not great. I was considering them for doggie daycare for my husky today and while checking out their website saw the webcam. So I checked it out.At 10 am today there were over 25 dogs in two play areas, without any humans in with them. I watched for a while and became very concerned. I sent them a Facebook message about this and their reply was that "Those are actually employees dogs. Client dogs are always supervised"I checked the website again at 4 pm today and there were 4 dogs in the pool area and again, no human in with them to supervise. When I asked about this, the reply was "Ma'am with all due respect if you'd like to come tour our facility and see how we operate you are more than welcome to but a snapshot of our petcams does not show how we operate. Have a great weekend." While this was polite, I think that leaving 25 dogs alone even a minute is unacceptable, even if they are employees dogs (which is highly unlikely). I can't help but be concerned for the safety of my fur baby, and will not be using their services now or in the future.

Was not happy with the customer service of trying to get my dog in for a grooming appointment. Had booked him previously for boarding. They asked who his vet was , I told them and they stated they would call the vet for the vaccination details. Had to cancel due to other arrangements.A couple months later, booking the grooming appointment went fairly easy for 2 weeks out. They didn't really need much from me. I had to call to reschedule the following week cause of a birthday party I had on the day of his grooming. They still didn't need anything from me when I called. My girlfriend goes to take him in while I was at work and said they are not able to take him because they don't have any record of his vaccinations. One girl said they could call the Vet (this was on a Sunday by the way), another girl said there was something that happened with the system possibly. Was also told that they could call their manager the next day to resolve the issue. I called to talked to them and I was told that I had to reschedule for another 2 weeks out which was the next available. So then talking to the manager the next day wouldn't resolve the current issue, still would have had to reschedule. During those 3 weeks, not one person thought to call and ask for vaccination records cause "they weren't in the system." I was told different things and got no apologies for the mess up. Not very good customer service from the individuals there that I dealt with. Seemed young, unapologetic and almost didn't really care about the situation. I told them I was not going to reschedule and that I would be booking through somewhere else for the future.

The customer service I get here is awesome! They got everything in order for me to get my dog groomed for the first time in a long time! Poor guy was long over due. My groomer Crystal did fantastic! You can tell she's had ample experience from the start, she got great notes from me upon arrival and my boy came out looking as handsome as ever.

I thought this place looked great. Unfortunately, I was desperate and needed to board my Husky somewhere for the night. I thought she might enjoy it because of the pool. After picking her up, I noticed a sore on the side of her mouth and she is licking her paws a lot. Usually, when she is licking her paws, it's because she hurt them or she was exposed to an irritant. Since there wasn't any natural grass, I can only think that the cement and the cleaners they use irritated her paws. I gave them three stars, only because I was able to see her on the pet cams.

I have taken my doodle to this Groomer four or five times. The groomer was always pleasant to me and always very nice to my dog NEVER a complaint about him or his behavior. I take him the fifth time when I walk in with him and the front desk girl tells the groomer that Arlo is there she let out a big sigh and said oh no! I was absolutely confused of what she was talking about ! When it's time to pick him up I get a text saying he's ready and that unfortunately they will no longer groom him because he is so difficult and will not let them do anything to him but wash him without causing a big fuss. If he is uncooperative I certainly understand the struggle! However, to not communicate this the previous four or five times and to send it to me in a text as opposed to talking to me in person I felt, was very unprofessional! and although she was there and not busy, when I came to pick up my dog, she did not approach me to further explain the situation. I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. Will not recommend!

Love this place. They always take great care of my doggo and the pricing for the quality you get is best in town. I've been using them for over 5 years now and always have a 5 star experience!

Its hard to review this place. We had a great experience with the day care portion. however this past week I put my guy there as we went on vacay. I'm like ok I might as well get him groomed. They are lucky my dad had to pick the pups up. My Collies hair is ridiculous, they shaved his belly. He has NEVER had a shaved belly. His leg hairs that usually flow (like a collie) are all cut off, his butt is shaved. I also found a matt I'm his first that they didn't get. They are lucky they didn't cut his main otherwise I would have really said something. i think it's a shame that I paid over $100 for my dog to get shaved. Now the descending was great, however the cut itself was horrible. My guy will never go back for grooming. Shame on you guys!!!!
