The Mill on Leavenworth

I am not a coffee drinker but frequent coffee shops a lot bc my husband loves a good espresso. This is by far my favorite coffee spot in Omaha. The vibe, space, coffee, tea, and food options are great. They also have a full bar which I will have to come check out soon. It is always pretty crowded whenever I come here and parking is not the easiest but nothing that would deter me from coming. I love their pastries, especially their pop tarts. You can also by their coffee beans and sweets by the pound which is great! I always come here to get my husband a gift for special occasions.

I've always loved The Mill, I would always frequent their locations in Lincoln when I was in college. I was OVERJOYED when they opened a location in Omaha. This location is GORGEOUS! I love the vibe inside and i also love that they have a drive thru at this location (which does close at 5 everyday, just a heads up!) I don't always love their featured/seasonal drinks. I feel like their latest few drink releases haven't been great, so that's too bad. Their regular menu is good, though! Pretty basic, but good. I really love their dirty chais. Their food is good too, I really like their sausage breakfast sandwiches!

I've been to the Mill almost every weekend for the last year and had yet to write a review about how amazing this place is.The coffee, tea, and energy drinks are unmatched with even better pastries. No gluten free food here but still great drink options for all ages and tastes.This is different from your normal coffee shops, they will serve you your drinks right at the counter after you pay. It is quick and a very smooth process with great service. Now this is a very hip and cool place in Omaha. Make sure you show up early on a weekend so that you can get a table!This place also turns into a bar late at night so maybe stay all day and enjoy both.LOVE this place.

I have been utilizing the drive up window weekly for several weeks. I've been inside once. The drive-thru is very convenient once I understood the entrance was off the alley in back. The menu is easy to read which helps old eyes. I have been enjoying a cappuccino with oat milk at each visit and the one size available is perfect for me. I've tried a couple of different food menu items and I appreciate items like a croissant breakfast sandwich that is totally not like Burger King and it is delicious. I especially like the banana bread. See you next week!

The Mill is one of the best places to get coffee in Omaha! Their coffee beans are reasonably priced compared to other coffee shops in the area (and taste better than most grocery store beans). Ready to drink coffee is also delicious with seasonal specials and lots of options. I got hooked on their granitas (coffee slushy basically) and expanded from there. The service is always great, the baristas are helpful and knowledgeable about their beans. The location is pretty big but often full, a sign of the perfect coffee shop meet up!

Super cute place to get a coffee and study or catch up with friends. Not much street parking nearby. Very big space with lots of tables, as well as a large patio area. Very well decorated. Nice bathrooms. Very prompt service.

If you're like "oh my friends are in town, where should I take them that I know they'll like" this is a good place. It's big and bright and lots of seating. Good coffee too! It's kind mainstream though in my opinion but definitely a quality spot.

I'd been told to visit the Mill for years and now that I've done so, I agree that it is a must visit coffeeshop in Omaha! As I visited in the evening, I tried a Lady Hannah tea latte as it was caffeine free and a sweet herbal. My barista was thoughtful in her description of the different tea options once I told her my preferences! The Menu is well laid out and categorized as well. The tea itself was great! Without any added sugar, I found this to be very sweet and the hibiscus and apple came through the most. I was able to rebrew the tea bag and it was still pleasantly strong. I decided to grab a few scones as well: a lemon lavender and a chocolate chip. I'm no scone connoisseur, but I devoured these and would recommend them as a pairing to your beverage. The bakery items are made fresh daily, showing the pursuit of craft and quality at The Mill. The ambiance actually can't be beat when it comes to Omaha coffee shops. There is a bar lined with velvet green chairs with a cute UX touch of a pull out handle. The Mill serves alcohol during the evenings and for events! The library wall was definitely a stand out feature and I positioned myself with the perfect view of both. The aesthetic is a vintage royalty and fosters a sense of "I'm a mysterious character bound to be looked at and discovered". There is also a large patio, which I'm told has heaters in the fall and winter! Absolutely loved my visit to the Mill, and I'm bound to be back. I hope you give it a try!

I am really excited to have this place here in Omaha, my only compliant is they are not closer to my home. They décor in here is really cool and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly and welcoming. They have an awesome selection of teas, coffee drinks, full alcohol bar and some nice snacks. Its just a nice place to hang and talk with your friends or work. They have a great patio outside and ample parking. Looking forward to spending some more time relaxing here.

I wish there was a place as spacious and beautiful as this coffee shop in my city. It's so pretty I love the bookshelves and how they were color coordinated. Wish they had more hot food options but good place to do work or hang out!
