The Mexcellent Grill

This food truck, based in Grand Island, is at Broken Bow today. At fairgrounds for our barrel race event. I had a quesadilla of el pastor and jalapeño. Was sure quite good. They don't presently have a stand alone restaurant, but do the food truck deal at various events. Was good here.
