Apparently if you order Chocolate from Journey Chocolate you can pick it up here for a local pick up over the shipping option and save a few bucks. Super convenient and the individual working was very friendly. I will have to keep them in mind for future business needs.

This place is amazing! I called in to ask some questions before I arrived and Scott was so helpful. When I arrived he helped me with notarize a form and FedEx it. He was friendly, prompt, and helpful! I definitely recommend this place!

I go here quite often to mail packages for my jewelry business. The gentleman working is incredibly nice! He always has a huge smile on his face, helps me with tape, packing supplies, and is just genuinely very sweet. I look forward to going to The Mailroom due to his excellent customer service!

This place was amazing when Scott and his wife owned it but it has gone downhill with each successive owner. Regularly I get other people's mail in my box, which makes me wonder how much of mine I never get because it went into someone else's box. I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. Unlikely that I will renew when the time comes and I have been renting a box here for nearly 30 years.

Super helpful staff! The staff is so nice and quick. I found them on accident while in a hurried attempt to buy single USPS stamps. They also have a lot to offer when it comes to packaging and mailing. Glad i found them!

Have been using The Mailroom for over 20 years. Could not ask for a friendlier or more accommodating group of people.

Scott is always the same; curtious, friendly and helpful. He works with each customer as if they are the most important person in the room. Scott should teach customer service to the USPS. THe Mail Room is a business that deserves to be noted as Best Of Omaha.

Needed to have some documents notarized and Scott was extremely friendly and helpful. If I ever need a notary again or need to ship FedEx, UPS or USPS I will definitely use The Mailroom. Can't say enough about the topnotch customer service!!
