The Lotus

An Old Market landmark, Lotus has been operating for years, bringing funky and cool unique giftables and fashions to the metro. It smells amazing int here, and the staff is always friendly. It's hard to describe just what this aesthetic is, but I will say there is something for everyone!

The Lotus is a fun store with various treasures ranging from cute bags and jewelry to clever bumper stickers and shirts, dresses and more. The best part is the funny, kind and thoughtful woman behind the counter. The Lotus is worth a stop!

I stopped in after an early dinner and quickly fell in love with the vibes, music and items. I ended up with 2 unique dresses, some stones and a new perfume oil. The 2 ladies helping me made me feel wanted in their establishment. Super warm and welcoming along with helpful. The dressing room took me back high school days with the concert posters. Definitely a must stop in downtown when I come back for work travel.

This is my favorite shop to always visit when I go to Omaha to visit my brother. The lady who runs it is so friendly and so nice and she will answer all your questions that you have about an item. We always usually buy at least four things from the shop when we come here. We now have a collection of 5 Buddha's from here. Love this beautiful store!

What a cute store! Some conversation starting Tshirts inside the door and a variety of goods. I picked up some unique smelling candles, and a beautiful 'chime' necklace. I think the employee on duty was the owner, and she was super nice and helpful.Cute gift shop, or even to treat yourself. I wish I could find this shop and demeanor at home!

This is one of my favorite stops when I am in the Old Market. It's a small but very cute shop with unique clothing, jewelry, purses and other small accessories. The owner is frequently working and is always very pleasant and helpful. Shoppers are made to feel welcome. They even gave me a cup of water once on a really hot day. Some of my favorite things come from this store and I have given and received things from here as gifts.

Like to stop in when I'm in Omaha. Love the vibe of this store. The place smells amazing! Probably the kickin' soap they sell and the selection of incense. Great place to buy unique gifts. Staff is super nice and helpful! Never disappointed.

i love this place the owner (i'm assuming) is always there and always has such a great vibe going when i come in. by this point they recognize my boyfriend and i and it's always a fun time when we stop in and visit. great selection great prices and quaaaaality for everything. the tapestries, clothes, and purses are quality material and very sturdy and durable. the selection of candles is amazing!! there's always gorgeous crystals/stones and jewelry pieces. will keep coming back!just went back to check in on inventory and got a few new pieces and have my eye on a few more that i will be back for!!!
