Still a great place to have dinner after several years in Lincoln Menu choices are great and the cocktail list is long.

Between 2019 and 2020 I was working in NE and spent some time at Wilderness Ridge for brunch and a magical Romance Package for my wife's birthday. It was so special that we hoped we could recreate the experience again some day. Fast forward to May 17th, 2024 which is the day I booked another romance package to celebrate our 50th anniversary and my birthday. This experience was one of the worst I have ever had at a venue such as this and I would never recommend this place for any special occasion. To start off, when we arrived and were seated, we were ignored. The roses on the table looked like they had been sitting somewhere for days and then thrown in a vase on our table. The waiter was clueless as to what the romance package included and was mediocre at best. In order to be sure we were getting what we expected, another individual came over, perhaps a manager, and told us that certain offerings we previously had with the package no longer existed. He then went on to let us know they were discontinuing the package and we were the last ones. Thank goodness no one else will be exposed to this debacle. My wife and I both ordered the filet, and I am very certain that mine was not. However, some friends had joined us and I didn't want to make a scene, so I let it slide. My wife and I, in no way felt like this was a celebration. To make matters worse, I wrote an email to Brittany, their event coordinator, about our experience and she never even replied. It's as if, since we don't live there, why should they make an effort to address this. I was not asking for any compensation, though at $250, you might think they could offer an apology.Wilderness Ridge staff has proved to be less than professional and I would highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere for your special occasion.

Delicious food and a nice date or family meal spot. Dinner was fantastic the other night! We started with fried cheese balls with marinara sauce which were great. I had a steak with delicious homemade waffle fries and my friend had the halibut chef's catch of the day with saffron rice and artichoke hearts. We also got the prosciutto Mac n cheese which was our favorite part of the meal. Then we actually managed to make room for dessert and I tried the pumpkin roll with candied pecans which was heavenly. They enjoyed their slice of warm cherry pie as well. It was strange that the dining room was empty except us. I really like the wood hunting lodge feel. I'd definitely go back soon! #ThankYouThursday

The food was okay, but staff walked out so there must be a problem with management. After reading many comments from previous and current staff, we will not be returning. I prefer to spend my money where employees are cared for.

My first visit to Wilderness Ridge was for their Thanksgiving Day buffet. We had a reservation for a party of 3 and were seated right on time. The dining room was beautiful, complete with roaring fire and some live music. The food was amazing! All the normal fixings, along with a great salad, butternut squash soup, shrimp cocktail, and a delicious salmon and rice dish (I was definitely not mad about adding these to my thanksgiving day plate!) Although it was a buffet, service was excellent, keeping our drinks refilled and taking away dirty plates promptly. Would definitely recommend their Thanksgiving buffet for anyone who needs a break from cooking a big meal!

We went mostly to enjoy some music. We found that the membership only are allowed to be in the room with the entertainment. When asked to hear the music the waitstaff totally went out of their way to find a table close to the entrance of said room. Great service and loved watching as the staff helped each other be better.

Sitting on the deck listening to live music, while enjoying scrumptious appetizers makes this is one of the best spots in Lincoln!!

Never had a bad meal there. Last night I had the salmon and it was fantastic. My friend had the portabella mushrooms and liked it. All in all it was a beautiful evening at a beautiful restaurant.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years from before they became private club. Even though I am not a member, I can still go to this restaurant. Love the decor and ambience with all those huge logs and high ceiling . Food has always been great . Service has always been good. Every time I have friends from out of town, I take them to this restaurant.

We were on out home in Lincoln and wanted to find a place to eat. The restaurant had a hunting theme with many trophies mounted on the walls. The service was good with prices a bit on the higher side. Check it out.
