Website was not up to date therefore they were unable to fill my order. I was made aware by email and immediately called to cancel my order. Because now no longer was this able to work as planned. I explained this to the woman on the phone who gave me a smoke and mirror story. Continued to send out the rest of order now I'm told I'm responsible for sending back the product and a 25% restocking fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Terrible customer service

The website posts pricing they have no intention of honoring. I searched for several days via google and the pricing for the hardware I wanted continued to appear in the shopping category at the same price for several days in a row. Once I decided on the hardware was what I wanted I ordered since I had never ordered from this company before I snapped a screenshot of the items and pricing and placed my order. 3 days later I received an email from Kayla Malo (Tail of the Lion Roaring support) informing me that my order was canceled because their system had a pricing glitch. Is this an ongoing problem? I think I'll stick with Amazon in the future, at least I know they honor the pricing they post on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They can't stand behind their pricing and their customer service is simply unprofessional.
