The Itis Food Truck

Fantastic catfish basket. Had some issues with the truck around opening, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic. Food came out fairly quickly once the truck was up and running. Pairs great with some Bearded Brewer IPAs!

Took 30 minutes to get two orders of birria tacos. I know it's a food truck but I would've went to a restaurant if I wanted to wait that long. Spent $36 for two items that was priced online at $24 for both. Would not recommend, also has no flavor I Expected it to be super flavorful waiting that long. Look better than they taste. Also very unprofessional, commented on my Facebook review asking why I posted it, calling me a fake profile, they asked why I didn't just talk to the owner instead of posting a review. I asked what would've been done if I did come back. They started to say they would've given me a refund and I shouldn't have given them a bad review, I had told them a refund will not change my opinion on their food, they deleted their comment. seems like they're trying to get me to take this review down a refund isn't going to change how the food tastes and the bad experience
