What a terrible experience for a first impression. At first glance, it's a decent facility. The prices are fair (based on what you initially observe). Here's the problem: We brought 3 of our boys (ages 6, 8 and 14) as well as one teen friend. We assumed it would be a fun and safe environment for our boys to play and burn some calories. What went wrong? There were some rough teen boys in the dodgeball area. They were throwing the balls pretty hard at our little kids (the two teens were off elsewhere). The ref (or any staff for that matter) were non-existent. Our little boys were getting hit in the face AND these teens were using colorful language. They dropped f-bombs and called our little boys the "n-word." Of course we tried to make them aware of the obvious disadvantage our little boys had & that our opinion was they were being way too rough & their language wasn't appropriate. The teens just ignored our requests and told us that our boys could leave the dodgeball area if we didn't like it. We went to find help. We could only locate one girl who worked there. She told us that at least one of the teens was the owner's son. The others were his friends. She tried talking to them and they stopped for a little while. However, once she was out of sight, they continued on. At this point, our teen son and his friend sat in the area with the little guys, just to have a presence. The teens began using the colorful language with our teen son and his friend. They also began to pummel them with the dodgeballs simply because they were in the same area. We ended up leaving. We should have received a refund and an apology. Tip to the business owner: If you don't want customers, keep letting your son chase them off. We will not be returning. Very sad.

Recently came here with 2 adults and 2 kiddos (ages 7, 8) and it was $72 ish for all of us to jump for one hour and 2 pairs of jump socks. Pretty crazy prices for a limited amount of time, but regardless it was a fun place! First level is the normal trampoline area with open spaces, basketball hoops, dodgeball and a inflated pillow to jump on. Surprisingly on a Friday around 6:30, it wasn't too crowded! The second floor had a ninja course which didn't live up to my expectations but kids love to climb! Will most likely come again.

I took my daughter here a month or so ago and she had an absolute blast. They have a little bit of everything for jumping; big trampolines, running trampolines, a tall jumping trampoline; it's a blast. It's $13 per kid per hour and I'm the same price and since my daughter doesn't have someone else to play with, I obviously joined her. So after it was all said and done, it was about $26, so I probably won't end up taking her every weekend, but maybe once a month. The employee overseeing the trampolines didn't look like he wanted to be there and didn't really do anything when a particular kid wasn't behaving as he should have on one of the trampolines; This didn't bother me as much, since I was out there with my daughter, making sure she was safe doing whatever she was doing. After the jumping ceased, we went into their arcade that they have in the main lobby. The games were fun, especially for my daughter. It is a really fun place and I see me taking my daughter their once every month or two. It would also be pretty cool to hold a birthday party there.

This place is so much fun! There's something to do for every age. Even birthday parties here would be amazing. If you have a toddler, it's only $5 for an hour and they have a blast. My only complaint is that the workers at the snack bar didn't know how to use the espresso machine.

Place has potential but when you have a bunch of young kids running the place can turn into a disaster pretty quickly. Went for Friday night glow party sounded kind of cool. Until my daughter got plowed in the face with a bunch of dodge balls four of the vs her not cool, back restrooms were locked and the front bathrooms had 7-8 girls sitting in front of the doors, also got a random basketball chucked at my head while I wasn't paying attention, from the group of boys that got in free without wristbands on, topped off the night with a surprise of missing money from someone in our parties bag they brought should offer some locking lockers for guests. Also not sure what happened to these games and giveaways they have advertised on their website. If you are looking for a place to go where no one gives two fucks this is the place to go. I wanted to punch several kids in the face tonight, needs a lot of ADULT supervision in this place I will never come here again I'd rather drive out of my way or not go than come to this establishment again. Wife also came a different time and was a similar encounter just really unprofessional.

Refrain from patronizing the establishment owned by Brooke Hubbard, as evidenced by the unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff. During my recent visit, I encountered a dispute regarding the mistreatment of my daughter's birthday party. The primary issue was that our party, scheduled from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, had occupied three lanes that we had reserved and paid for, which were intended for seating and bowling activities. Regrettably, this issue only manifested for a third of the time we were present. Furthermore, two of the three reserved lanes were only functional for approximately 30 minutes out of the 75 minutes guaranteed for bowling and other activities, as advertised through the business's website and products and services. I informed you of this issue, and I was also threatened multiple times by her core staff. Eventually, she proceeded to pull me into her office and asked what had happened, allowing me to speak at first but then rudely interrupted me, asking if I was going to let her speak or if I was going to interrupt her. When I was speaking and responding to her question. It is disheartening to witness such a promising establishment begin to decline. Leo Macintosh would not have tolerated such a reckless and unprofessional environment. (Additionally, it was noted that a woman who initially assumed the role of hostess moved my daughters' birthday party gifts, all utilities, and accessories to an entirely different table without prior notice or request. She did this on her own initiative, even though I had already paid for the venue. I had only 15 minutes left before I was required to begin cleaning up and leaving the establishment.)

Everything is too expensive, horrible customer service, I've only been there 3 times and after the 3rd time I made a decision to never come back I would definitely NOT recommend this place save your time and go to sky zone, if I could I would post 1 and a half stars
