I've been in three times to give them a fair chance and on the third I have to say they have earned their one star. Each time, I have come up to the counter to be served, and each time I have been glared at and ignored in favor of someone behind me. I couldn't tell you if the quality of the drinks is worth the rudeness, because they have refused service to me and I haven't been able to try.

I ordered the turkey sandwich, didn't ask what type of bread i wanted, was surprised when I got it home it was on croissant. Not a big fan of croissants, but the biggest problem was the croissant was very, very dry. This was the Highway 2 location, but will not be going back either way.

I have been going here for years and it has always been a decent experience. However, this past weekend my husband and I were treated VERY poorly by an older lady working the register. She acted upset that customers were even there. She was extremely off-putting and made a lot of people uncomfortable. I hope for the shops sake she doesn't stay. This makes me not want to ever go back....it was that bad.

This review is for the location off 14th and highway 2. The coffee was okay, it seemed like it tasted kind of watered down. I ordered my go to of a hot latte with nonfat milk and honey and was charged for a specialty/flavored latte. Some other coffee places only consider honey a sweetener and don't charge extra. It's not bad, but not my favorite either.
