Limited parking along the front. It was highly recommended by a couple of neighbours, so I made an appointment there. We went right on top and greeted by a friendly stylist at the front. Place is small-ish. And clean. Some white stains were seen on the cover they put on me but could still be caused by bleach. The lady who attended to me was very cautious and very gentle. Mid way she went to get a more experienced stylist to assist in the cutting of the hair. I appreciate that she did that but I felt that it would have been even better if she would have told me from the start. I'm happy to be used for training- but it would have been nice to be told at the start. The correct policy I feel would be for a more senior person to start the conversation and let the junior stylist take over to practice. Overall, it did take longer than necessary for a haircut. It came out cute and I was satisfied.

My hair is gorgeous! Thank you Kyila for taking extra care in asking questions and showing my shade samples to get it exactly the way I envisioned my hair to be. As a fading natural redhead I wanted the brilliance of my youth to reemerge. Kyila was able to do that for me excellently!! The salon isn't fancy, but has AVeda products, they are simple and clean which is just what I think of when I think of this salon.

Absolutely love this salon! The girls that work here make my day every time! Aloni and Kyila are the sweetest and they make me so happy and confident when they are done with me! I will only come to this salon because of these girls! They take great care of all their clients and are seriously so amazing! Kyila is the blow dry QUEEN! She used to work in in a blow dry bar and does an amazing job! Love love love them! On Wednesdays they have $5 off on walk ins!

Hi! I had an appointment with Aloni that was to correct a previous issue. She met me with a smile and completely the process with confidence and grace On top of that her personality was so Great!! Highly recommend for friendliness and confidence.

I had a wonderful experience here!! I was with Keyla and she did an awesome job. I have super frizzy hair, so after she blow dried my hair it was a bit crazy! Which I totally expected. Keyla did a wonderful job of using the right products to tame my frizz and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will be coming back!!

Very unhappy with my haircut. Not what I asked for whatsoever... too short to fix, thank god my hair grows fairly quickly.

I think that upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly person and she was super nice and was helping out a person who seemed to be a new worker. They said they could not take someone at that time and we were gonna come back but then they offered for the new girl to cut my boyfriend's hair. He didn't mind at first because the other girl mentioned that she's cut hair for a while so we didn't think anything of it. Before I continue I just want to preface that this is his experience but I find it a little frustrating for him and want to just let you guys know about this and can hopefully improve upon this for future clients. When he sat down he tried to show the girl a video on what he wanted to do with his hair. Around 10 seconds into showing the video the girl stopped him and said she knew what to do. That was not the case because in the video it said to not use clippers on certain parts of the head and to not cut off so much hair. The video, when watched in its entirety, explains how to cut the hair in the style my boyfriend wanted. He came here before and showed the exact video and had it done correctly previously. So he felt that this other girl could do the same. She chose to not watch the entire video and then proceeded to use the tools that the video said not to use. She turned him away from the mirror as well, which in my opinion I find frustrating because I feel that when a client is getting their hair done, it's important they are in front of a mirror and watching what's happening in order to speak up about what they want. She also then proceeded to cut his hair unevenly. The haircut was super fast and he didn't get any time to really process what was happening. I saw the haircut right after it was done and it was uneven in the back and cut straight across in the front. I was super disappointed in this and I find it utterly disappointing and frustrating that he didn't even really get to voice his opinion on what was happening and that the girl who cut his hair didn't watch the full video on what he wanted or even really spoke to him about it while she was cutting his hair to make sure that's what he wanted. The client's opinion is always important. I don't want anyone in trouble or to seek compensation or anything for free, I simply just want to bring it to this establishment's attention that there were multiple things that I found frustrating. My boyfriend might not want to speak up about it, but I want to just make you guys aware of how upset he was after and how frustrated that made me. Like I said before I don't want anyone in trouble or want anything in return. I just want you guys to acknowledge that this happened and to perhaps just quickly speak to your staff and just learn from this and remind everyone how important it is to listen to a client if they come in wanting something specific. Thank you and I genuinely hope this makes an impact, but unfortunately my boyfriend has made the decision to not come back. He's had haircuts here before and had some good and slightly alright experiences, but I think this was his last straw. I hope the staff learns from this and I hope you guys continue to do well moving forward, thank you.

I took my daughter here for a quick walk-in haircut. She loved it and it was exactly what she asked for! Her stylist was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming here again in the future.

Great haircut from great stylists. Both my daughter and myself have had excellent experiences here . I go for the cut and style. My daughter gets her hair dyed black and styled.
