Took my cat here for a nail trim and to view the facility for future potential boarding. They were very helpful with all our questions, showed us around and treated our cat super gently.

Our cat smelled super clean! They were also super patient with him as he had never been to a groomer before. He was shedding a lot when we took him home and I know he got a shedding treatment there. Perhaps because he was grumpy they didn't get to brush him out? Only reason for not 4 stars. They were really great and he was done in a reasonable timeframe. He really needed a bath so I am happy we found this place and hope he'll be nicer next time! Haha

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! They were so nice and clearly loved cats. They talked to my cats like they were their own and the service matched. Completely recommend taking your cats here for any grooming needs!

If anyone knows both of my cats, they know that they both have an attitude with me but do not with others (groomers and veterinary staff). We have a long-haired cat and a short-haired cat. A friend recommended this business to me when I asked on social media if anyone had specifically identified a cat groomer. I worry about getting my cats anywhere else because I know that they are fearful of dogs, this is a cat only groomer. I also have personal reservations with how rough someone can be with my already insanely stressed out cats. With that being said, the staff at The Grand Feline Hotel is amazing with both of our cats. The long-haired cat gets a lion cut about three times a year, and our short-haired cat gets "kitty caps" placed on her nails. The staff treats both with care and love. I do not worry about whether either cat is going to have a heart attack. When I am in, the staff are always spending time with the cats whose owners board them for whatever reason, and it's an overall good feeling to know that you can take your cat somewhere and not to worry.

We took our big 26 pound long hair boy here to have a lion cut! They did a wonderful job and everyone was so nice! And we loved meeting Athena the office kitty! She crawled right into my boyfriends lap!

Jenny is a great business person! I found her on Yelp 6 months before my trip. After a lot of communication and a visit to her store front, I decided I was going to leave my fur babies with her while I was out of town. She was super responsive to my emails/calls and accommodating to my requests. She also sent photos of my cats to me during their stay. I was also thrilled with her cat rooms. They are so much better then those steel kennels other cat boarding facilities have. I was worried a bit about how she cleaned the rooms between guests, but when I walked in while she was in the middle of cleaning one room, I was satisfied with what she does to ensure the incoming cats were placed in a properly cleaned room. I will be using her again if I ever need to leave my fur babies again.

I took my Persian in today for a much overdue grooming. Sadly, my kitty gets so matted and won't put up with brushing so she needs to be shaved. This is my second time coming here and they do an awesome job. They begin grooming your cat right when you drop them off so your cat spends less time away from home, instead of just being dropped off at the start of day and picked up at the end of day like other groomers. Any groomer that exclusively grooms cats has my respect, and they handle them well, including the bad Mattes my girl had. They're also super affordable! I plan to use them for cat boarding as well if I ever need it. Thanks again to Jenny's and I promise to bring Luxx in more regularly to avoid the extended grooming time she takes

I am not on social media but, felt compelled to share my story. Recently my 21 year old cat, Senorita, became sightless. It has been a difficult transition for us. I sometimes thought she would give up on life. I had to go out of town so she spent 2 weeks at the Grand Feline Spa and Hotel. I was very worried because it would be her first stay there sightless. The staff assured me things would be fine as they have worked with sightless cats. I did order massages for her to help keep her calm. I observed her through the in room camera. She seemed to adjust well to her new surroundings. The staff had placed everything where she could find it. They also repeatedly sprayed feliway on her bedding.After I picked her up I read the daily journal and she had eaten her food and all other activities were normal!! We flew to Arizona and I made an area for her like her room at the Grand Feline. Senorita's transition to Arizona has been seamless. No yowling, no confusion and she is eating all her food. I am very grateful to the staff for taking such great care of my Senorita. I must also thank the staff for showing me how to better take care of a sightless cat. They are real pros and so very caring. Senorita is comfy in Arizona and, i am happy for her.I highly recommend the Grand Feline Hotel & Spa.

I could not be happier with The Grand Feline Hotel. Though I never boarded my cats there, I did have a great adoption experience. I got Stella-Luna (now known as Lucy) in November. The interaction was smooth with plenty of communication along the way. The staff was top-notch and it was clear that everyone had both the cat's and owner's best interest at heart. And for those looking to board, the facility was immaculate and very spacious. They'll definitely be my only choice if I need to board in the future. Couldn't be happier.
