The Good Life Sports Bar & Grill - Gretna

The food here is really great. The service is sometimes slow, especially for keno. But the servers are always great. They have some pretty awesome specials, especially on Mondays for half price pizza, we have a lot of sports practices Mondays so this is great to order on the way home and its ready. They have really fast food turn around.

NO Happy Hour on typical after work hours just "reverse happy hour "!We won't be coming back after work when there's sooo many other options offering Happy Hour!Also, the boneless chicken sauce is nonexistent!! Need to give your customers sauce so we don't have to ask for extra sauce & be charged for it!

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. Very clean and inviting sports bar. I sat at the bar in a very comfortable stool and was immediately greeted by a very friendly waitress. Ordered a Philly salad. It was AMAZING. Will definitely stop in again!

I enjoyed my meal here so, so, so much. First, it was our waitress. She was SO down-to-Earth, funny, quick, attentive, and friendly. We were a bit of a handful. I know we were. She was a trooper. I tipped her well and I'm hoping the other 2 parties at my table did. She deserved an amazing tip. My food was good. Noting to really write home about. I deconstructed and ate my hotdog. The macaroni was a little bland, but the bacon was good. The bun was a little soggy, but he dog was good! Especially when I dipped it in ranch. OMG the ranch was good. I'm a self-appointed ranch guru (snob) and if a place doesn't have good ranch I truly don't go there much anymore. I'd go back to this place specifically for the ranch. Prices are good, seating is great! We sat out in this super nice half outdoor area. The TV's were being worked on while we were there, and that was very annoying. Mostly because the volume was insanely loud, and then would shut off. Hopefully that's just for that afternoon because we saw two guys working on them. I didn't use the bathroom, and parking isn't the best. (Not a lot of it, and the spaces are a little too close to the other set of spaces. I'll be back. I'm bringing my husband here next time we're in the area.

We come here a lot for lunch and always leave full. We usually sit at the bar, visit with the employees, and grab tacos most days. I really like their tacos, steak bites, and pizzas. They offer large food portion that could be shared with someone. The service is usually quick for the lunch rush. They offer military discount and have a rewards program which offers monthly offers and gift cards after hitting certain limits.

Bring back Kaitlin. Kaitlin was the best bartender. She knew my order by heart. She treats her regulars and her new customers with the same respect. Kaitlin rocks. Without our Kaitlin I don't know if I can come back to this good life

The Santa Fe chicken wontons are the bomb. Hot wings are good, grilled chicken salad good, Philly cheese steak ( with chicken) was ok. It was small and needed chunks of chicken instead of ground chicken, some places put peppers & onions on their Philly sandwiches, that would be good here, the good life does not. The salads were large, and they charge for salad dressing (.75) big beer selections and breakfasts served on game day. Several locations in town. New one in Gretna. Tons of TV's which is good, audio is usually cranked loud. GBR.

Good sports bar atmosphere! Excellent food, huge portions. We like going there when we have a large group because the service is always great and a large variety of meals!!

I sat in here for 30 minutes, even moved locations, and watch the servers walk past me time and time again. Others at the tables next to and across from me got served within minutes of sitting down though. I would hate to even suggest why this is but I'm sure you can guess what the difference is between myself and everyone else in here.I will say, it's just this location that I've ever had an issue but it's really soured my taste to the chain now.

First time to this location --service was great and so was the food! We went around 7:30pm on a Friday night and the place was packed. We were able to find a table right away, got greeted by our server shortly after, and received attentive and quick service the whole time we were there.
