Highly recommend The Good Life Charcuterie! They did a lovely job putting together a beautiful and tasty charcuterie box as a last minute gift. They were friendly, flexible, and accommodating on the delivery time I needed. The box looked great and brightened the birthday girl's day!

The Good Life Charcuterie owner Jasmine's business practices are an absolute joke. We are fuming as she has done nothing to resolve this. Here's what happened from my perspective: my sister booked her for their 150 person wedding. They had a facetime call with her and my sister emailed her after the call and put clearly in writing what they had decided on: a 15 foot charcuterie board with meats, cheeses, jams, spreads, sushi, a macaron tower and appetizers served by workers walking around serving guests. She asked my sister and her husband to come up with flavor ideas for a "custom crostini" that her servers would walk around serving, they sent her a list of many options and they heard nothing back about it.She said she would provide special bamboo plates and special order periwinkle napkins. For a cost of $1200. She showed up while we were at the salon, and left after setting up what was a pathetic barely 3 foot table with wilted grapes, a small room temperature pie with NO serve-ware, dry mini muffins, grocery store mini cookies, pretzel sticks in a jar, one container of hummus still in grocery store packaging, and Hormel brand pepperoni and grocery store cheese cubes. There wasn't even 2 lbs of meat, most of it pepperoni. A tiny, unbaked brie. An absolutely pathetic display that wouldn't feed 20 people, and we had over 150 people. NO sushi, NO macaron tower. NO bamboo plates or special napkins. Nothing they asked for. No workers to walk around and serve, no custom crostini. We discovered this 10 minutes before walking down the aisle. This DESTROYED what should have been a happy and special moment before the ceremony. Also, this was NOWHERE WORTH $1200. We tried to get a hold of her, but her website was shut down and was just a go daddy host page. Finally we found a phone number, and told her to FIX IT NOW or refund the entire cost. She agreed to refund the money, and abruptly and rudely hung up on the caller. Panicked how we were going to feed 150 people, the ceremony was stalled so someone could take a credit card to HyVee and pick up whatever they could find. And we called in rolls of sushi from Hiro. Many guests didn't get fed, including the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE.My sister emailed her the facts and requested payment in full including any processing fees, and Jasmine said "her team" would "be happy" to refund the money. It's been 3 MONTHS and there has been NOTHING. She asked where to send a check or a money order for the refund and that it would get to us in 7-10 business days. She told us this on Monday October 31 and they have yet to receive anything, and she opened and ignored an email asking for an update. My sister uses an email program where she can see when an email has been opened and read. She can see she has opened the email 5 times. We will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Our event was on a Sunday evening, the 16th. Jasmine had posted on Instagram on the 15th that she "is in disbelief that she catered an event for 900 guests." She obviously prioritized that event over ours. You DO. NOT. MESS. WITH SOMEONE'S WEDDING. Shame on you.

See the other 1 star review posted on January 8, 2023. I was the bride of the event that that hired The Good Life Charcuterie for our wedding on October 16th, 2022--we booked a 15 foot Charcuterie Board to feed 150 people, and Jasmine promised us sushi, a macaron tower, a custom crostini and servers carrying appetizers, periwinkle napkins and bamboo flatware in addition to meats, cheeses, jams, etc. She brought a pathetic disgrace of a 3 foot "charcuterie board" with grocery store hummus still in the packaging, stale bread cubes, Hormel pepperoni and cheese cubes, wilted grapes, a mini pie for some reason, rubbery grocery store cookies and mini muffins, no serve ware, no napkins, nothing. She agreed to refunding our investment in full both on the phone and via email. She still has not refunded our money or responded to any follow up emails following up on our refund. We have given her 4 months to make this situation right, and she has deliberately ignored us and lied to us about refunding us. Jasmine Deane and The Good Life Charcuterie is a scammer, a thief and a fraud. I implore you to be warned, and do not book her or anyone she associates with, whether in Omaha, Nebraska or in New Orleans.
