Bring your camera. This place is a trip. I considered getting the $4.95 riding crop, but instead opted for a John Deere t-shirt for Adam. When I got it home, we realized I'd bought a Children's XL, which does not fit my husband. Instead, it fits one of our stuffed-animal lions. Glad I could help clothe the lion.

Bought a John Wayne Canteen Ornament for our Christmas tree because my son is a huge fan. When it arrived, I pulled the tag off, and the cheap leather string that would hang it from the tree ripped right through. After 30 minutes waiting for customer service, they told me they didn't have any replacements. I could send it back, but it cost more than the ornament is worth. And even then they might not deem it defective. Terrible product, terrible customer service.

Just found out this evening that Fort Western has sat on my order for two weeks without notifying me. The customer rep was a real wise a**. She claimed the manager had called, and email. There was no voice mails, I checked. There were no emails. I checked. So they sat on the order for two weeks, made excuses, were rude, and then lied about trying to contact me. Guess where I WON'T be shopping in the future.

Ordered a pair if jeans. Wrong size. Sent back. Got them back said I did t order from them. Had all the tags from them. Still nothing. So I was stuck with a pair of pants. For $80.00. Looked on their site. Same jeans. Got screwed

Don't get ripped off from this store. Wendy from customer service told me to send back the pair of Ropers boots that I had bought my daughter but were defected . They are the ones that light up when walking in them. She told me to pay the shipping cost and that I would get a full refund plus return shipping, after receiving the return she said that I could only get a refund on damaged while shipping.I am out boots and return shipping both ways. I am still trying to get money back. Save yourself the headache.
