Service is top notch at this industrial chic modern hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt enormous hospitality. From the valet, to the staff at the front desk (shout out Sam!), restaurant wait staff, room service, to the room stewards - everyone was friendly and made our short trip to Omaha feel like a welcoming trip home! The room was clean, well appointed, and had a great view. Details are clearly not overlooked at this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel in downtown Omaha within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Cheerful front desk staff was very helpful. Their lounge is really cool. Appreciated that they have a coffee bar with food that opens at 6 as we had to be back on the road early the next day and got some to go. Modern and beautiful spacious clean and quiet rooms. we weren't here long and I wish we were to enjoy this hotel longer!

This place is gorgeous yet inviting. The bar is great and the bartenders are wonderful. We stopped in for drinks specifically and photos of the beautiful hotel. I had the Veaux Coure and my friend had the Old Fashioned. So so good! We will be back to stay and eat!!

I only leave reviews if I have an exceptional experience or a really poor experience. This place is EXCEPTIONAL! If you want to be treated like royalty (while wearing your sweats) THIS is the place! The staff is incredible! We totally fed off the vibe the Saturday staff was giving. They were SO friendly and accommodating! Opened doors, asked where we were headed, gave us directions, followed by suggestions on where to visit on our way. The Sunday staff gave Sunday vibes lol. Much more mellow and laid back. If you're not from Omaha or know much about it, I'd recommend valet parking. Very much worth it! I have to mention the beds as well. I got a GREAT nights sleep! Felt like I slept on a cloud! No vending machine, come prepared there. However when I asked about one, the desk clerk reached in her fridge and just handed me a drink. :)

This is just by far one of the nicest autograph collection hotels in the Marriott portfolio. Stay here. That is all.

The Farnam is easily the best Hotel in Omaha. It is worth every penny. The staff is top notch. I was greeted by Derek in Valet services. He is a natural and always remembers me when I return. Carly at the front desk was absolutely exceptional. I always smile when I get to my room as it's always a great stay. As always Thank you to Carly and Derek as well as the other staff. It takes a Team to make a great experience for all the guest. I have never had a bad one.

We can't recommend The Farnam Hotel enough. From pulling up to the front of the hotel to checking out everything was top notch. I loved the bed and pillows in our room. It was a great nights sleep. The restaurant was delicious and we will definitely be staying again.

TL/DRWhat an awesome hotel. It is clear that the staff and management team have taken the time to design an optimal experience for their guests across the full spectrum. -Staff top notch 5/5-Room top notch 5/5-Bar top notch 5/5-Restaurant top notch 5/5-Internet top notch 5/5-Everything top notch 5/5-Yes, everything was excellent 5/5Details (hope I don't run out of characters for those who care to read)I am a frequent business traveler and have been all around the world, many times. The last time I was in Omaha was 1983. Literally. Got invited for a business trip thinking my company would book Holiday Inn Express or something. I've stayed in terrible hotels all around the country and world so my expectations are very low. I have to say, the Farnam experience starts when driving up to the building. I literally said, "is that it, wow? I was not expecting that." Great building. Valet parking guy ran from nowhere to greet us. Then he held the car door then ran to open the two doors to the front of the hotel. Check in desk. Usually a source of traveler frustration. Total-awesome-pros. Minimum typing. Show ID. Insert credit card. Electronic keys created. Boom - Done. "Do you want something to drink?" What? "We have water, wine, champagne"In an ice-filled bucket, clearly visible behind the desk was champagne and glasses. Not just for "gold members" but me, with no Marriott status. I am a nobody in their "system" but was offered a glass of champagne. Another hotel team member made sure my coworker and I understood how the super-advanced elevators worked with the key cards. Got to the door to my room. Guess what, the key card actually worked without delay. [Reoccurring theme everything works at Farnam] The room is wow. Just wow. Amazing. The wood and the art and the lamps and the pillows. Someone took the time to design the room. Bravo. I don't even like art, but great job. The bathroom. Equally amazing. The shower is gigantic with a traditional showerhead and an overhead one. I will enjoy that in the morning. For goodness sake, there is a motion light under the bathroom sink. Because, you might get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Are you serious right now?[I am going to run out of characters, right?]You want a cocktail at the end of the night? Reasonably-priced ones are available to you in the room. And the ice machine works too. There is a coffee machine. Guess what? They have real coffee cups. Yeah. Ceramic. You aren't getting that at the Holiday Inn Express. At this point I feel like I need to find something wrong with the hotel, room or staff, just to be credible. Nope. Top notch.

We stopped here for breakfast and it was phenomenal. 5/5 service, food and atmosphere. The place was absolutely beautiful. I asked for egg whites on my avocado toast and I swear they put like 8 eggs whites on it I was very impressed. Delicious and healthy food, all of the fruit was fresh and ripe which is hard to come by with fruit bowls.
