The Cryptic Room

My wife and I had a fantastic time completing the Great Aunt Myrtle room. Angel and Troy have built an amazing escape experience. It's very clear they're attentive owners but also huge escape enthusiasts. The Great Aunt Myrtle room has lots of locks and clues. Very challenging and very fun. We can't wait to go back to continue Myrtle's saga and find her treasures!

I rented both rooms for a birthday gathering a couple weeks ago and we had a blast.I'm not knew to escape rooms as I've done a few in Omaha, so I have an idea of how they are.The Cryptic Room's escape rooms were clever and a blast. The two owners are super cool and down to earth as well.At the moment of writing this review, (and when we actually went), they have two rooms - Aunt Myrtle and the spy room. I did the Aunt Myrtle room. It was really fun but I felt that a few of the 'puzzles' in the room were so random that there would have been no way we could have solved them. Luckily the owners watch the room and give hints on the TV in the room if they feel that its necessary; basically to keep you going instead of you being stuck on one of the 'puzzles' for half the time.The hints are both good and bad. You are glad they are helping out, but are they helping you out too much?All in all, the rooms were really fun and I can't wait to go back to see with what they come up with next.

Did the Paradise room with my daughter and my bestie tonight. We've all done escape rooms before in several cities, and we had a blast with this one. There were several clever puzzles that I hadn't seen anywhere before, and the room was challenging but fun. They listen in and give hints as needed. While we were in the room, my friend mentioned that they were really hot and a second later, the air kicked on. So they really do listen :) The owner was really nice and gave us a quick tour after we finished our room. Because the room we did was new, he also talked with us for a bit to get some feedback. We will definitely be back to try some of the other rooms.

I love that they don't book you with strangers and we could do this room with just the friends. The owners were friendly and the game had lots of cool things to it with lots going on so everyone could contribute. This was the most affordable place I've been as well. I'll definitely be going back to try the other rooms!

We had an amazing time!! We did 3 rooms in one week! thank you so much to Rochelle (apologies if I spelt your name wrong). She really made the visit that much better. Very helpful and accommodating. Make sure you visit!

Angel was amazing, the room was well made, and me and my group had an amazing time in the cave of souls.

We stopped in thinking we would do one room, ended up doing all four. One of a kind rooms and interesting and engaging puzzles. Overall amazing experience.
