We were sent to her shop urgently in search of a used pair of shoes for a play. She didn't have any that would fit the needy young lady, so she told us where else to check in town on such a short notice. She also offered her help in case we found something that "almost" worked but needed more work. We found a pair a few blocks away and returned to Patty where she proceeded to paint the shoes to look old FOR us. She was SO kind! Since they were found and being worked on, we were able to take our time perusing the shop and buy some Christmas presents. Besides the well-organized thrift part in the back, the front of her store has unique gifts for the people on your list. From interesting bath and beauty products to decorations to jewelry to coffee to natural laundry detergent, there was intrigue and quality at every turn. Stop in when you're in Fairbury!
