The Clubhouse Lounge

Sometimes you don't want a pizza with goat cheese and a balsamic drizzle, sometimes you just want good old fashioned bar food, the clubhouse is the place to go when you want that bar food. My wife and I had a nice dinner there last week, and I wanted to leave them a good review.This is a total neighborhood bar, nothing fancy, just good food and good people, the staff is very friendly. They have a standard menu with typical bar fare, fries, rings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. They also generally have a special on the board, the night we went they had a Wisconsin bacon cheddar burger, which was great. We also had a basket of onion rings and a bowl of chili. The rings were nice, very crispy and tasty. The chili was definitely homemade and was perfect for a cold night, highly recommended. For all you bourbon guys like me, they also had a private barrel selection that was good

I have been here a hand full of times. Service is always great. It's a small bar and grill with lots of sitting. We decided to eat somewhere new and knew they had food but had yet to try. Not sure why we waited so long. Food was GREAT. I mean people tell you all the time and you never know but they were right. We went in a Saturday around 4:30. Maybe 6 people in there at the time. We ordered pretzel bites with cheese. The cheese was like a nacho beer cheese, wow great flavor. The basket of pretzel bites was Full. Not just 8 pretzels bites like most places. I had a steak philly and husband has a burger. Both were really good. The fries were the thing that blew us away. They were crispy and lots of seasoning. Just the way we like them. We will be back again!!

First time trying this place. 8 couples in the lounge. We sat down and waited 20 minutes and no one came to the table. Not busy at all so no excuse.
