The Casual Pint - Countryside Village

Coming from a family where craft beer reigns superior, this place felt like home. They have a WIDE range of different styles of craft beer from IPAs, Sours, and various styles of lager; there is something for everyone!! I really enjoyed the decor on the walls consisting of beer coolers showing off the art from the cans. They don't just have beer, they also have a few varieties of cider and some seltzers..... but it's mainly beer. They also have a large food menu consisting of fun appetizers like cheese curds and soft pretzels, flatbread pizzas, wraps, and brats! The staff is also so nice and will help you find a drink to fit your tastes. I highly recommend!

It's a fantastic neighborhood bar with great vibes! This is tucked in a cute plaza and is perfect for those looking to try local brews and a wide range of others. They even have a cooler section where you can choose your own and see the great art on the cans. We only stopped in for a drink before dinner, but we loved the friendly atmosphere and vibe! The bar tenders were very nice and helpful.

First the bar is in the back section of the double mall. Seems to be tons of parking but its an older development so the lot is rather dark. Near the holidays the whole place is lit up with xmas lights which is pretty fun. The Casual Pint is squeezed in between other misc businesses. They have a little outdoor patio which is part of the sidewalk. Multiple garage door type walls they can open up when we have those rarandom nice days in Nebraska. interior is a pretty tight spot. a few swanky cushy chairs right inside the door and then two rows of either hightop or low top tables and another room with a half wall. Behind the bar you will see the chalk board they write the taps on. 31 beers on tap is pretty crazy and their variety is pretty nice. Sofar this place has had i think the higest ABV on top i have had @ 15.5%. There is also a wall of open coolers with probably another 30 types of beers you can even purchase to go. Odly enough they DO have food onsite. alot of these types of places dont have that. I did not order up any but others of my group did including a flatbread pizza, nachoes and fried cheese curds. Overall they looked and smelled great but maybe a little small on the portion side based on the price. Pricing you have to consider the area you are in. Also getting in and out of the mall area you might want to verify the direction you are coming from because it is a busy street and not very convenient street stop lights.

Love the casual vibes (no pun intended). They have amazing selections of beers. The best part is, if you like something, they have a take-home section where you can buy cans. Defiantly check them out.

Met here for a few patio beers. Huge selection of cans and even some NA beers if you're looking. Small but comfy patio and a lively crowd on a Friday!

Love the casual pint. Great spot for a beer - or several - via flight ideally in my world! And for some reason they also do beer cheese pretzels better than anyone else in town as far as I know! The wings are solid also. So highly recommend stoping in for a snack and a beer and then grab some to go also! Great selection, some games to play, free stickers and events on occasion. Hooray!

We decided to go here for lunch after determining that yes, they do have hot food. Bookguy got the bone in chicken wings with garlic parm sauce. He thought they were tasty but the portion was too small. I had the hummus, pita points, and veggies. I would have liked more hummus, but it was enough to dip the generous amount of pita. Of course it's called the Casual Pint for a reason, and no one could fault them on the variety of beers. I had a pint of Odell's Easy Street which was in the wheat beer style. I really enjoyed it. The staff is knowledgeable about their beers and gave me a sample before I ordered. We were the only ones there on a Thursday afternoon, but there's a whole room off to the side to accommodate a big crowd. There is also an enormous amount of canned and bottled product to take home. I'm not an expert by any means, but just looking at the labels, a true aficionado should have no trouble buying some unique brews.

I wanted to like it, but the portions are small and there is no wait staff. If you want to schlep back to the bar for every round maybe it's your kind of place. Not so much for me.
