The Bike Way

My husband and I both had our bikes recently serviced here and very happy with how they turned out. I recently took up biking with my hubbs who is a self proclaimed avid bike rider...so I needed a bike in tip top shape to compete with him. They were able to service our bikes in a real timely manner and to our liking. We did have an issue with the back brake on a bike and had to take it back and it was a slight oversight but they quickly corrected and my husband got a tshirt out of it so I think he's extremely happy, he hasn't really taken it off since. We;re ready for our summer rides now. If you need help from bike experts, these are your guys.

Only place in Omaha that I would buy a bike. Actually I've purchased two bikes from Dave and his staff. They are great guys to work with and really support the biking community here in the Omaha and surrounding area!

Good folk. Not much selection on components to purchase. Seem to be more focused on mountain biking vs road cycling.

We've had 4 bikes tuned up and one serviced here the past two years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable- turnaround times are good even during the COVID rush. We will definitely continue using them!

Great experience, employees are very knowledgeable. Joe is awesome and helped me find a bike that was right for me, he made sure I was comfortable in the bike and didn't want me to leave unhappy.

Crappy service department that will sell you stuff you don't need. These guys are horrible

They were so nice helping me load my bike in and out of my car and very reasonable with the fees to make repairs to my bike.

I delivered my bike on Wednesday for two tires to be replaced. The owner specifically defined he would replace tires on Thursday but did not want me me to pick up until Friday to confirm the tubeless tires sealed well. I came in Friday afternoon, they could not find the bike and once I pointed to it on their rack they had not done any of the work. Very poor managed expectations and I will not go to Bike Way ever again.
