Terra Cafe

This was our first time here and it brought us back to being in Chile! The food was made to order and delicious. I loved the vibrant colors of the restaurant. We will be back!!

Walked in and nobody was there, then a MOUSE scurried across the floor. Disgusting, I can't imagine what is going on in the kitchen!

Went on a Friday at approx 6pm....it was absolutely dead, no customers (we were the only ones there) and cashier had to be found.Food was marginal at best, with the fries being the star of dinner, even at that they were cold and limpy...My sandwich was the steak and bacon, came out cold, wife's Panini was bland, daughters salad came in a bowl with a small base that kept wanting to fall over,Sorry, but not going to return....

I really enjoyed somethjng new in the area. Brazilian lemonade taste like limes and I really enjoy limes so no problems there. The sfihas are small pizzas and you can mix the topping options. We may have came during an odd time our sfihas were forgotten and it was cold on the middle . Honestly I was too hungry waiting to complain. I would come back another time to try the big pizzas and perhaps ordering ahead to save time.

Place is nice and clean, friendly service, and food is was good. I had the pincahna sandwich, fries and a drink. Price seemed quite high (0ver $20) for what I was served. In general, I doubt I'll go back. Menu was quite limited for anything I was interested in eating. And for the price, I would rather go to the full blown restaurant next door and have a much larger selection of meats brought out and much more comfortable seating.Overall, there is nothing actually bad about the restaurant, just seemed a bit overpriced to me. But for some people ot might be a place that fits their likings well.

Great staff and atmosphere. The food is pretty good. The sirloin/egg sandwich is the best on the menu, I thought the sfiha's were just okay. I'd give a 4.5 if I could. Give it a try!

My husband stopped for lunch there today, and we were so impressed. I was shocked to see that they weren't busier inside considering how much we loved it. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Since it was our first time, they brought over several samples, risoles and coxinhas, as well as the Brazilian lemonade that was to die for! We both had sandwiches, mine with sausage and his with steak. The flavor was absolutely on point. We also tried the sfihas, we tried two sweet and one savory. I can't wait to go back and try their pizza as well!

Delicious food mixed with a colorful atmosphere make this cafe a must try!! Definitely coming back for more!

I found this place on TikTok and so when I got to Des Moines I figured I had better try it. My mom and I ordered a few different things from the menu. The Queijo Coalho was our favorite also the Brazilian lemonade. They also let us try the soup and the Coxinhas and both were super good. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. The environment was relaxed and enjoyable. We will defiantely go back! Thank you so much for bringing this restaurant to the area. Top notch!

I absolutely love this gem! Every time I go there the customer service is amazing. Went in today and I think they had extra help today and she was so friendly! The food is phenomenal I am currently working my way through their pizza menu! Their pizza is probably the best I've ever had and even reheats well! So glad I found this place!
