Tender Shack is a "ghost kitchen" run out of Outback Steakhouse, and it shows in the slightly higher quality when compared to other virtual delivery locations. The food I ordered arrived pretty cold, so I recommend heating everything up when you get it. That helped to improve the taste and experience a lot.I ordered the 5 tenders meal that came with fries:-The chicken was pretty good with the breading being not too soggy or crispy, but a good mix of both juicy and crunch.-The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside so you get the best of both worlds there too. They seem to be pretty high quality fries, in almost a steak fry style.Sauces: -I preferred the Honey Mustard the most, as it had a little sweet tang to it. -The Buttermilk Ranch was also pretty tasty, especially when used as a dip for the fries!-The BBQ sauce was good, but a little gloopy and too "spiced" for my liking.I ordered two "Tender Shack" sauces but did not receive either so I can't speak to that, unfortunately. It seems like the sauce that bears your branding/name should probably be included. I also threw in a Salted Caramel Cookie, and that was delicious and soft (But it did have pretzel bits in it that aren't mentioned anywhere, and the caramel in it is in the form of kind of hard, chewy bits - so just be aware of that!)Most virtual/ghost kitchens do not please the palate as much as their host restaurants, but I feel this one does the trick.
