T Square Movers

Our movers Savonte and Josiah were absolutely spectacular and also at our home on time! They were both professional, efficient and took exceptional care of moving our belongings out of the Uhaul.We had an extremely horrible start to our move from Southern California with the movers there. We were fortunate to have and T Square Movers. Savonte and Josiah came in and made our move to Nebraska stress free and took proper care for moving our beloved belongings safely! Thank you again

We were nearing the time to contract with a moving company, we searched the field of potential movers and found that the ones we had a good experience with were booked that far ahead. We made more phone calls and were impressed with the preliminary discussions with Ashley of T-Square Movers. We went through the questionnaire with her and thought that it was thorough. We had to make a deposit for three hours of service. Little did we realize that our fairly simple seven mile move would entail a total of nine hours. Of even greater concern was that in the unpacking mode in the next few days, we found essentially every piece of wood furniture in our household had been gouged or scratched in some way. Truly amazing, what? no pads, buffers or straps? On top of that, many of our packed boxes ended upside down. Liquids and fragile items were in disarray, leaking or broken. We attempted to contact the T-Square offices by phone, text and email but either could not connect or received no reply. As busy as we were, it took another month before we attempted to make contact again. Still no success. Finally a month later we actually got through to the office and were told that they cannot receive texts, but that she would try to find our communications and get back to us. Nope, not one response. We tried other avenues again, nope, still nothing. Today we see repeated five star reviews listed on their website and on-line, Wow, we wish we had any of that great performance. One, two, three, four or more fewer damaged pieces of furniture and belongings could maybe have lightened our moods just a little. Even a touch of sympathy or concern, but NOTHING! We still have the image of our new mattress being drug down the apartment hallways, elevator and lobby floors. Or that, of course, it just had to be a rainy day, was any equipment or covers available to cover and protect, no again. Nope, just not seeing star-ratings.

They damaged a very expensive piece of furniture didn't say anything about when called and spoke to the owner after he said he could come look at the piece he immediately got off the phone with me charged 200 more then the agreed upon amount and blocked my phone number form calling them back absolute CROOKSStay far away from this company

from when I requested a quote until I made my decision and after, the communicationfrom this company was outstanding. Ashley was informative and extremely helpful in helping me decide what kind of service best fit my needs. she listened to me and then offered different options to meet that need. she understood that my decision would be made on the cost of the best fit for me and worked with me to make sure I had all the information I needed to make that decision. it came down to three different companies that would have worked for me but Ashley went out of her way to accommodate my needs and made me feel like she REALLY wanted my business.

I called this company stating that I needed two movers for two hours to move boxes out of the basement and three pieces of furniture. They told me they needed me to fill out a form before they could give me a quote. They needed an inventory. I stated again I need two movers for two hours to move boxes out of the basement and three pieces of furniture. They said company policy dictates that you have to fill out a form so that we know what we're moving. I again told them that it was two movers for two hours to move boxes out of a basement and load them into my vehicle. They would not just give me an estimate of what that would cost. The owner then gets on the phone and I told her I need 2 movers for 2 hours to move boxes out of a basement and a couple pieces of furniture. She then said "you've said that 10 times" and "I don't even want to give you a quote" The phone call lasted 2 minutes and 29 seconds. I told them exactly what I needed, but they couldn't just give me a ballpark over the phone.

Do not recommend. We hired T Square Movers to pack a UPACK trailer on our move to North Carolina last fall. The crew that showed up was friendly (most of them) and worked very hard. The problem is that they did a horrible job loading the trailer. We were shocked when we opened the trailer in NC; would post pictures if I could. Nearly every piece of furnature of any value that we had was significantly damaged. Much of the damage was due to poor decisions made during packing. Bundles of metal pieces associated with shelving were jammed in next to leather love seat and dining room table and chairs so that normal bumps and vibration associated with road travel destroyed the finish of nearly every piece. We had many straps and moving blankets available for them to use in Lincoln. They chose to use very few straps and, therefore, furniture and boxes were jumbled all over the trailer. Banker boxes were tipped over and papers in them spread all over the place. If you have a simple job requiring moving some furniture these guys would probably be okay. DO NOTE USE THEM FOR ANY SERIOUS MOVE.T Square claimed they never helped with our move so I sent owner date and amount of transaction. Offered to send screen image from account. So maybe I add poor record keeping on top of comments above.

Requested movers 10-12 but they showed us a little early. so, they charged me another hour. The movers were nice and stated they would not charge for another hour, but the company did anyways. Billing lady was unprofessional with no integrity. Do not recommend. Choose another moving company.

These guys did a great job for us. They were punctual, friendly, and easy to work with. We are very pleased at how they took care in moving our antique furniture and got everything delivered safely. This was economical and a great option for moving! Would definitely recommend T-square movers!

DO NOT HIRE this company if you care about your stuff or walls. I hired this company to unload my U-Haul. 2 scrawny teenagers (maybe young 20's) showed up. They could not carry my heavy items without causing damage. The flipped my wood dresser upside down and slid it across my wood floor causing gouges to the floor and my dresser. I politely requested they watch the walls and several dings later they were done. Many items of furniture now have scratches and gouges in the legs that weren't originally there.There was absolutely no forethought to the move and they just dropped everything into a room. My mother and I had to follow behind and adjust each item otherwise they wouldn't have been able to keep unloading.While I give the 2 kids credit, they didn't give up but cursed at each other the whole time. They were not a pair that worked well together. I ended up having them put a few items in the garage because they were physically incapable of moving them any further.I had the U-Haul loaded by actual professional movers who didn't struggle with any items. The heaviest item were electric couches...I'll admit they're heavy but this is why I hired a company. Save yourself the $ and move it yourself or seek elsewhere.I now know why you pay in advance...you'll want your $ back after the damage they cause.
