I had an excellent experience at this TO Haas tire and auto location today. I am traveling through on my way home to Michigan and found myself with a noisy left front wheel. I had just had a blowout in the right rear the day before while traveling up to Lincoln and so had just replaced my four tires yesterday. Even knowing they had missed The opportunity to make money from my business yesterday they evaluated the noise and repaired it for no charge as it turned out to be a rock. They took 40 minutes of their time and were kind enough to send us on our way without a penny charged. A great example of "Nebraska Nice". Thank you TO Haas I will not forget your consideration.

Had a flat tire to take in and asked them if it could be repaired. After 30 minutes, they said the tire had a nail in it, and they fixed it for $25. I love these people at T. O. Haas!! Honest, competent and speedy.This happened after I had taken the tire three hours before, to Jensen Tires in Omaha, who claimed a screw had made the tire unfixable, (after waiting 45 minutes) but they could sell me a new tire with three price options, ranging from $350 to $180. Luckily I declined and found honest people at T. O. Haas in Lincoln.

My car was low, but other people couldn't do it. I told them that my car was low, but the service desk said that it can be done! Made my day great! I was so happy today! I called them and asked them when I could get in for an alignment!! Really happy with the worker and the service desk. It did not take long at all! He told me all the problems I had before I got it fixed!! They Deserve a 5 Star! Highly recommended!!

My family has been getting tire here for a very long time. It is the shop my dad always used and we continued using as we grew up. I am still dealing with my last visit when they put the tires on wrong. 200 miles down the road I have 4 flats and they are telling me I ran over nails. I didn't run over anything and even if I had I paid for the extended service and rotation. TO HAss put the tires on wrong and one of the NEW tires had a leaking valve stem. Now I am having more trouble with the tires. I contacted TO Hass via their website and requested to be contacted by customer service and haven't heard anything. It has been a week. I live about 8 hours away, I specifically bought tires at TO Hass because of the history we had with the company. I am horribly disappointed. It isn't just that they made a mistake it is that they won'r admit a mistake was made and they are not taking any responisbilty leaving me to deal with the problem.
