They are very good at skin care, but their billing system SUCKS! I paid off my balance in January 2024. I got a bill in July 2024 for June 2023! I said "I paid the balance". They said "but the insurance denied some of it in March 2024, so you have to pay more! I said "Why are you just figuring out this now!! I have trouble with billing every time I go there!

Book your appointment online so you can search availability at all locations. Their schedule is jam packed weeks and months in advance, but sometimes you can find last min openings online. They lost a star for me based on their intake process though. I filled out everything online via their patient portal. Uploaded images of insurance cards and drivers license. Yet, when I got to the office I had to do it all over again. The receptionist said "that stuff rarely comes through" so I asked why do they even send it? She just said I don't know...Super. Anyway once you can get in, I highly recommend Michelle Sitzman! She has seen both me and my child and was wonderful.

After waiting about a month and a half for an initial patient appointment, I was notified less than a week in advance that my appointment had to be cancelled because the individual was "out that day". The next available appointment was a further month in the future. They offered that I could call back myself to check for cancellations over the next month to come in sooner. I was told that they could not call me with openings because their "patient volume is too high". I let the scheduling assistant on the call know that I would go elsewhere and she promptly said goodbye and hung up - before I had a chance to ask her to remove my health data and contact information from their records. If you would like to be treated as a patient that matters to your healthcare providers - you may want to find another place. I'll also note that every single time I called (5+ times) the office, their scheduling assistants were busy and had to leave a message. Then, I received a call-back a few minutes later. So when playing phone tag, you need to listen to their message (over a minute long) before leaving a message to get a call back.

Drs. Sutton and Ryan are both excellent, knowledgeable doctors. Dr Ryan is so calm and reassuring. She respects one's intelligence and communicates well with her patients. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful. One does not wait long to see the doc or PA.

I have gone here for awhile, but may not be anymore. I continue to wait at least 20-30 minutes after arriving for my appointment. They never tell me they are running late and I have been forgotten in the patient line up before.

Went in to have a couple of suspicious moles removed. During the entire procedure, Dr Liz and her assistant talked and laughed with one another about what they did over the weekend. I had explained ahead of time that I was nervous about the procedure, so this was very off-putting to say the least. I realize this is just daily routine to them, but making the patient comfortable should be the number one priority. I will not be returning.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a health care facility. I made an apt for April 3rd 2019 wanting to get botox for hyperhydrosis. My insurance will fully cover if it is pre authorized. I went in for my apt, the doctor was very nice as well as the nurse. It was a quick apt, she asked all of the questions insurance needed and told me that they would send it in and within a week or so I would receive a letter from insurance. A few weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called and spoke with the insurance and billing staff. They proceeded to send me over to talk to another staff member to answer some additional questions.. (I had answered all of the same questions during the apt) confused I asked her why I was answering these questions and she said insurance needed them... So I answered the questions and she then told me they would once again send it off to insurance for the pre auth and that I would get a letter in a week or so. It is now May 28th and still I have not heard a thing! I spoke with Sue in billing and insurance and she told me that she would tell Bev the ONLY person that handles the pre authorizations that she needed to resend it in because my insurance has not received anything. I then called two days later on May 30th and spoke with Sue again. She still had not seen anything on my chart about a pre auth and just figured Bev had not seen the note yet. I then called back on June 6th to see if Bev had sent anything in to my insurance like she had been asked multiple times and found out she was going on vacation June 6-12th! So from May 28th - June 6th she just ignored the notes maybe...? So I called on June 13th and asked to speak to Bev herself and was sent to her voicemail so I left one and waited. 4:46 she called and and left a voicemail (I was working) saying she was leaving at 5 and to call her back. I did right away at like 4:50 and she didnt answer. So I waited for the next day June 14th and called Bevs direct line around 830am, she did not answer so I left a voicemail. I then called the insurance and billing and told her once again that I needed to talk to Bev and the receptionist told me that she was out of office the rest of the week... I said but she called me yesterday and was back on the 12th. She said she couldnt do anything besides email Bev to ask her to resend it and then sent me through to Bevs direct line again. I didnt leave another voicemail, I hung up and cried because of how absolutely frustrating this bas been just trying to get something pre authorized! Dont they deal with this stuff all the time?! My insurance had also tried calling on my behalf multiple times and were always told no one could help them. Bev did finally call me back, I told her that I would not be returning to Sutton. I made an apt at Gateway Dermatology and had gotten the botox injections within the month of making the first appointment and never once had to call my insurance or the office. I should have made the switch months ago but was really trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I would highly recomend that if you think you may need a pre authorization to go somewhere else.

I made an appointment a month in advance for an aesthetics consultation. I received a call the morning on my appointment saying they needed to reschedule because the APRN was ill. I rescheduled and again I had to wait a month for an appointment. I arrived for my appointment and didn't have to wait long. The provider I saw was not the one I made an appointment with but instead an RN in the clinic. She gave me information on Microneedling procedures and the 'Vampire Facial' as well as Fraxel laser. Prices were more than I had seen advertised anywhere else. I didn't feel the service I was provided during my consultation was worth the extra cost for the procedure or the cost of the consultation appointment.
