Surplus Center

I don't understand the bad reviews of Surplus Center as I've always been a satisfied customer. Yes, sometimes parts are a little shop-worn or used but that's stated if so and if you want to save money and can fabricate, Surplus Center is your friend. I've purchased items from them for probably 20 years, small engines, elect bits, hydraulic components mostly, and they are my first stop when collecting parts for a project. Currently, I'm putting a hyd cyl on a Komatsu PC150 mechanical thumb so needed valve, cylinder, and misc fittings/hoses. They didn't have the uncommon elec switch I needed to run it all but they had the rest. Know what you need, read descriptions thoroughly, and save money with Surplus Center!

The website says nothing about the show room closed. Talk about being treated like dirt.Who can wait two hours for an order to be filled. I will never buy anything from this place again

Bought a check valve and received a defective one. I emailed them and after 3 weeks no answer.

I purchased 3 hydraulic hoses of the same size for my tractor for what I normally pay for buying 1 locally. Substantial savings!

I wouldn't recommend using them, we bought a rubber boot for our loader and it was only on the tractor for less then 6 months. Tractor has always been stored in barn. Paid almost $100.00 and it's starting to fall apart. When I called to see if they would replace it they had to reach out to prince and ask them. Said it was installed wrong.I will not do business with either company again.

I Also had a bad experience using SC. I visited the center only to be greeted with frowns and sighs with every question i had. They really need to get it together if they want to continue to do business. Customer service is very BAD!!!

Save your money! These folks are dishonest to the bone, they will rip you off, screw up your order and not honor their so called warranty. buy elsewhere.

Customer service (Jake) was a complete joke. Ordered 20' of hydraulic hose. Never received it. Tracking said undeliverable. Had to reorder (using the exact same address), wait for them to receive the original order back before I would get a refund. The original order was for $148, but my refund was only $92. Yes, they made me eat the shipping charges!!!! When I called to get it resolved, they basically said "tough luck, that's our policy". Willing to give up many more future orders, rather than give me a full refund? Will never order from them again. Good work, Jake!

Buy locally instead of ordering online from this company. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they do not support the items they sell that Do Not work.

I have very bad experience with this company, I never received the item and and till now NOOOOOOOOOOOOO money back from the company. whenever I called for the refund always said that still investigation is going on with UPS. Never recommend this company to buy and items from them.
