My husband and I purchased a new spa from this business last year and have been nothing but pleased with the spa, delivery, set up and customer service.The two-person crew delivered the spa when they said they would and removed our old one. The new one was quickly installed with no damage to our grass or deck. I was given a tutorial on how to use the products and maintain a healthy water chemistry.Shortly after delivery, the spa's control panel stopped working. We contacted Supreme Spa and they ordered a new one for us and had it installed in just a few days, no charge.I have taken water samples in and the levels were analyzed for free with any questions that I've had answered. All of the chemicals that we need are always available and are sold at a very reasonable price.The last time I was in I was greeted by Kevin Bailey and he assisted me in selecting what I needed as well as informed me of the new treatments and products that have become recently available.I highly recommend Supreme Spa and Pool for any pool or spa purchases!

We had 5 estimates on our in ground pool, We went with Supreme because of value and experience, and we couldn't be more pleased, They have been fantastic, professional, definitely recommend, Some of the old reviews on yelp, aren't what we experienced, They are fantastic! Rob and his crew are respectful and wanting to make homeowners happy. Totally recommend!!!

The service dept is so unprofessional and the manager in service, Chris, is nothing but lip service! Waiting for them to show up to repair the same item for the 4th time. Chris says what you want to hear, always has an excuse, honesty is not the policy! I look forward to them eventually getting it fixed so I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!CHECK REFERENCES BEFORE YOU BUY THERE!

First wind over 20 mph our strap on our spa cover broke. After months-long discussions about their failed product and how it wasn't their fault, manufacturers were called by me. Who replaced it, and offered specific wind straps. They said our salesman should have offered them to us because of the location of our spa. Talked to the salesman about wind straps to purchase. I was told we would have them in 6-8 weeks. It has been 20 weeks and I still don't have them.Would not recommend it. Liars, cheats, and poor customer service.

Bought an overpriced pool from these clowns. Everything was ok at first, then it came time to close pool. Without any help or guidance from them, closed pool for winter and installed the winter cover they provided. Had problems from the get go with keeping the cover on, every little wind wanted to blow it off. Their advice? " can't control Mother Nature". So I read online to put sandbags around edges of cover which I did. It helped until wind storm tore off my cover and ruined my pool in the process. Do you think they want to help? Sure, just purchase another pool!! Can they help with price? Sure, do it soon cause prices are going up next year. Do they care about the customer? Nope!!! My advice is to not get an above ground pool in the first place, but if you do, BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a Legend brand hot tub at the State Fair from the supplier, they passed it on to Supreme Spa as the selling dealer. Got it installed relatively quick, and it worked great for 3 months. Went to use it one night and it smelled like burnt plastic. The circuit board had failed, and I thought OK, bad luck, good thing it is warrantied. No, they claimed it was because I had improper voltage to it and that caused the failure, even though no one came out to verify, I checked it with my multi-meter, everything was fine and no other electronic device showed any signs of damage. This took 2 weeks, and did nothing until I called them back. (They forgot or either did not care.) So, part is ordered, takes 20 more days, I get a call says its at their supplier finally after being back ordered. (Even though I could order the same part on Amazon in stock). Finally, 10 days later they get the part shipped to them, I guess it came Pony Express, and then they can pencil me in 10 days later to install. I asked why I haven't been on the list since it had been reported needing repair for 46 days at this point, service manager said she can't just change the schedule. So, maybe after 56 days, assuming they don't come up with some other f#%^ing excuse, I might finally have a working hot tub again. (Buy the way, I had to pay the $1075 cost of the circuit board before they ordered it, so they used my money for over a month.) These people are total crooks, care nothing about servicing the sale, and do not deserve any business. It makes me want to puke every time I see there 10 commercials daily. Maybe they should spend less on advertising for new customers, and try harder to earn repeat business and word of mouth referral. Believe me, anyone who has asked about our tub has gotten an earful and urged to stay away from these crooks. If you have bought from them and need parts, google the part number of the component and order online and find a handy neighbor to help install. You will be much happier.

This is my third pool from Supreme Pool. Service has always been good. Rob and his staff have always taken good care of us as customers. I have them open and close my pool each year. From installation of pool to service of the pool, staff has always been respectful of property and my time. All my chemicals I buy from Supreme Pool and staff is always there to assist me with any problems. I would recommend this company for a pool or spa. Thank you to Rob and his staff for the service given to us.

Do not deal with Samantha in service. She is rude and very rude yes I said rude. Please do your job, we are customer paying for a service I will be changing to a new vendor. Great hire.
