What a professional experience. I was able to book the appointment online. I arrived and was checked in within 10 minutes. It took an hour and a half to get the shuttle service but 9nce I connected there was only one other customer. It was a good shuttle service from there on outSuperior Honda runs circles around H&H KiaI'd recommend them.

This Honda dealership used to be good. I have bought 2 cars from them. This last one though, horrible! They know it's crap and will do nothing to fix the situation. The car literally hesitates when I put my foot on the gas. However, I am told that it is "normal" for this transmission and nothing is wrong with the car. WRONG! Also, I've called in for the recent recall and have heard nothing back. Now I have a check engine light on and called to make an appointment. I live over an hour out and need a loner but they "no longer" supply loner vehicles, apparently so now I can't even use the warranty that I PAID for when I bought the car because I can't leave my only vehicle with them for any amount of time without a loner. It's ridiculous to have to pay $150 for them to look for the problem, then assess to see if the warranty covers said problem and on top of that have to pay for a rental vehicle all while they have my car. I'm done with this dealership. Done!

I bought my Honda CRV from superior from grand junction CO. They did everything they said they would. Gave me a price in may I finally bought it in December and the price stated as quoted. I wanted to meet the owner to thank him in person but missed him 3 times I was there. Maybe in April this year. I would buy from them again. They are great.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2020 Odyssey from Superior Honda in April 2023. Within a month, the right front fender reflector popped off. Turns out, they had "fixed" this same issue before selling me the car. After moving to IL, the reflector fell off yet again. A year and a half later, my local Honda dealer found the real issue--previous collision damage to the fender, preventing the reflector from seating properly, that Superior Honda failed to disclose. Their service manager, Brian Bradley, refused to honor the workmanship warranty, probably assuming that a busy young family now two states away wouldn't try to hold him accountable for his shop's shoddy work.

Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I dealt with Aric and Cody, both extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I was interested in ordering a 2025 Civic Type R, where I talked on the phone to Aric and he was helpful at first, but when I actually showed up to the dealership, had a complete change of tone and did not treat me with respect and didn't seem to believe I actually wanted to order one. I put a cash deposit down and was told I would be kept up to date on my order. Long story short, I never received a single update for around 6 months without me having to call them first. I called them November 12th demanding an explanation, where they told me "Honda somehow lost my order". I waited 6 months for a car that was never coming because they never actually put an order in. I ended up taking my business with another Honda dealership around the area and they've been more helpful in the first few days than Superior Honda was in 6 months. Horrible dealership that needs to learn how to treat paying customers. No wonder they have 3 stars on yelp, Lol. I wish I could review the parts counter here separately, because every time I have been here to buy parts for my own personal projects have been very helpful and professional. If you're thinking about buying a car from these guys, go to literally any other Honda dealership. They can't be any worse than here. And especially if you're thinking about buying a Type R from here, don't. (Unless you want your time and money wasted)

My daughter and I wanted to purchase a car here but we got the worse experience. Salesman Abdul was absolutely horrible. He engaged in conversation about the vehicle we were looking at but all of a sudden he started commenting about Israel and at that point my daughter was not comfortable to do business here. She is married to a Jewish-American and took it offensive when Abdul started to blame all the Jews. Well, that was not the right time nor right place to talk politics. My daughter is talking to her lawyer. Anyways, management at Superior needs to take measured steps to prevent such political conversations which could lead to further business losses and potentially being sued for harassment. Stay away from this guy!

I must say....Aric was wonderful to work with. I was literally a bundle of nerves for a whole month while my special order car was getting ready to roll off the line and in transit. Got financing secured on my own, but was able to have a better rate with Honda American Finance. He totally understood how much it took for me to merely WALK into a dealership a year ago and test drive a Honda. He was very patient, kind and very accomodating. I was worried about being sold a bunch of other extra items in the finance office but the only thing I really partook of was the electronics warranty. I am very happy with my CRV and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you, Aric!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!! This dealership is 100% dishonest and very deceptive with the way they represent their used car sales process. I was told on many occasions that all used cars are fully inspected including the 2020 Honda Accord (50k miles) that I purchased from them. Upon parking it in my driveway for the first time, I immediately smelled burning fluids. I woke up the next morning to oil stains on my driveway. I had another dealership inspect it because I did not feel safe driving it back to Superior Honda. It was immediately discovered that there was an obvious leak in and around the transmission as the result of impact damage (see attached video and pictures). Two other reasons that proved they did not inspect the car were that they tried to sell us this particular car with three bald tires with the fourth one being a different brand. Also, we found multiple items in the glove compartment including, of all things, the previous owner's registrations from each year that they owned the vehicle. These included the previous owner's full names and address. I purchased this car late on Saturday and returned it two days later (Monday) the very minute I was made aware of the transmission problems. I asked to meet with the used car manager in a private room so as to not discuss this on the salesroom floor. Although it is obvious that the said inspections were not done, Eric Knutson, the used car manager, would not take responsibility for this in any measure and told me in so many words that he was tired of me telling him of the problems that I had with this car and made me feel that I was lucky to be "let out of the deal." Luckily they had not sold my old car that I traded in. I had to pull the sales stickers out of 2 windows before driving home. I would like to point out that the items that I had left in it when I traded it in were still in it!
