Superior Door

Father/son came out next day, fixed my problems and got me a new remote, affordable pricing, I know enough about garage doors to be dangerous and they did not attempt to screw me, which sadly is becoming rare. Highly recommend these gentlemen!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Superior Door! So sorry I didn't catch his name but I called them this morning and said he would send someone out this afternoon - they installed my openers 3 years ago and have been out twice and both times were super helpful!! Came out- fixed the issue and insured all was working again! Super fast! Thank you Superior Door!!

Our garage door opener got fried during a thunderstorm. Superior door was out the same day to take a look and quote a replacement. Took about a week to order, but everything got fixed! Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

I called Superior Door because my garage door would not open. They had to come 3x before they realized I needed a new garage door opener. They offered a discount and I set up an appointment. I cancelled this appointment and told them I wanted to get quotes from other venders. They said okay and to call them back if I changed my mind. I did call them back one week later. Guess what? They never got back to me! Not only did they take awhile to diagnose the problem, they gave shoddy service and did not honor their word. It is hard to vouch for a company like that.

We just had a double and a single garage door install done by Superior Doors and the experience was smooth from start to finish. We had to replace our doors after a panel on the old set cracked. It was time but we wanted to change the look and didn't know where to start. Wade was extremely patient and informative during the selection process and he helped immensely in narrowing down the multitude of options available. Communication was prompt, clear and without problem thorughout-they followed through consistently when they said they'd do something. Install was smooth and efficient, taking about 4 hours total and Ben cleaned up when he finished, taking the old doors for RECYCLING (not the garbage dump). So lets talk money: Superior's bid was just over HALF of what a comptetitor bid on the exact same brand and style of doors! That seems like what I'd call a "no brainer." Highly recommend. You can't go wrong with this family owned and operated business!

The company was great. The tech first tried to fix our issue which I was sure was nice but pretty confident it wouldn't work. That's not because of the tech but the nature of the problem. But the tech did not jump to sell me a new opener. I chose to go with the new opener mainly because of the age of my old one. Tech was right on time for the install. Did the job quickly and was very professional. We have used Superior in the past and was pleased.
