Superior Dental Health

This is my first time going to a new dentist my whole life and it was a very pleasant experience. My hygienist was very thorough and friendly. The dentist was thorough and addressed my concerns on my intake form. She even address concerns like side effects of my current medications that affect my teeth and showed me the specific areas of concern. I appreciate their transparency about pricing with what was it was not covered by my insurance. I was really lucky to stumble on them without much research but if you see this post and are doing some research about local dentist I did have a very positive experience here and will be returning

I do not mind the dentist to begin with. I have had great luck with no cavities up until this point so far. I have shopped around for awhile for a dentist due to my thinking most want to sell you all these packages and extras instead of just cleaning and checking. I finally decided to come here.Making my first appt: over the phone was very easy under 1 minute. They offered for me to fill out my info when I came in, or using the online tool they offer. I filled out an easy straightforward online thingy and done.Coming in to my first appointment I was very pleased with the space ease and politeness of everyone. this location has been newly remodeled and is immaculate and very clean.The Hygienist was one of the friendliest people i have met. looks like they also offer some calming things. ie aroma therapy, music, massage things etc etc. The Dr came in at the end of each appointment and you could tell stopped to connect make sure I was fully satisfied and that she really cared.I had a second appointment for some other cleaning and they were great again. I am beyond happy with everyone here and am a patient for life now.Super easy relaxed and one of the cleanest dentists I have been to.Yay TEETH!!

Dr Lake and her staff are kind, personal, and thoughtful. They have helped me get my gums back in great health. Are always willing to answer any questions or reassure me on any concerns, and are always willing to spend the extra time to educate me on things I could be doing better at home. Scheduling is really flexible and convenient. I love that it's right off the interstate. They also have a ottoman full of toys, so I always feel comfortable bringing my son with me, knowing he will be entertained. I LOVE this place!

I made an appointment for 10:00am last week, arrived ten minutes early and sat in the chair at 10:23am. Apparently when you make an appointment it's really more of just a suggestion that you would LIKE to be seen at that time and not really of any importance.The dental office, equipment, and overall setup are all a bit dated.The dental hygienist was nice, thorough if a bit talkative and got me out as quickly as she could. Of other minor importance is the fact that they have continually screwed up any and all paperwork that needs to be filled out. EVERY time there are problems that end up requiring me to re-fill something or other, it's really annoying.I've gone to this office two or three times, but never again. It's just not worth it.

I have called several times. Both dentist i went too after going to superior stated it was not a good quad cleaning on the left side at all. Redone. After paying them over 1500! Only getting one side done. Funny part I went in to get a root canal at 9am. Waited 34 min. Waited for their wonderful dentist to say no no I'm going to fill it but I don't have time now u come back. I had a gastrologist appt at 12. I called told them I could not make it back then got charged 50 at their fault. I turned them in to the dental board and bbb...with my bill, how things were handled. Wonder if the owners know how unprofessional their management is there screaming on the phone at customers that have pd. I asked my teeth be evened out on top ..ya right this dentist didn't do a thing I asked period.. she drilled on them and stuck a filling behind the left one. Wth? I ended up going to quality dental to get my root canal, excellent service. Fact reminds they owe me $, won't refund my $$...don't pay them ahead. My advice. The Xrays were blurry per other dentists. I was told by their front desk person those would be wrote off. They didn't do it. I see their are others very unhappy. Many dentists to go to in omaha that are excellent..this one particularly ROBBED ME AND IM SURE OTHERS FROM OTHER REVIEWS. VERY UPSETTING. Need shut down in my opinion for not following thru with needs of the patient, maybe I just got a bad dentist there. Doesn't like to do root canals. Quad cleaning wasn't done correctly either. Still alot of tartar my teeth. Has to be redone which is more $$ out of my pocket because of their services. All this can be Proved with documentation......good luck if u choose to go there !!!

Horrible experience with Dr. Lake and office staff. Dr. Lake extracted my number 12 tooth (visible when smiling) stating that it could not filled as it would shatter when pulled. it came out whole and could have been filled. She referred me to an oral surgeon for an implant that was placed 8/2021, and stated she would be certified to put the fake tooth in 3 months later. Every time I came to have the implant procedure started there was some excuse as to why it could not be done. my teeth started to move creating gaps. i finally said I would not return unless the implant was made. First appointment at my new dentist they took my molds and I will be getting my tooth in 2 weeks! if the tooth was never pulled and filled like it should have been I would have saved $2500, not to mention the pain and time.

Poor job. Staff was friendly the facility is nice and clean. But when it came to cleaning my teeth it wasn't done well.
