I had a major chip in my windshield from a passing semi. I figured that I would need to replace it altogether, but I called and was told to bring my car by and it would be taken care of right away. The process was explained and I was briefed on what to do if it began to crack all while Boyd was working on the car. This was almost 9 months ago, and the spider web chip has remained the same size and it is still completely unnoticeable. If you go anywhere else to get your windshield repaired, you're really just wasting your time and money. Boyd is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable!
