Super Foods

This is your only real option when it comes to groceries in Avoca. Thankfully the prices aren't terrible and the produce seems to be rather fresh. They have some decent deals each week so that is always a plus. My complaint would be as a "city girl" I have issues finding all the things I would want/need. They have greatly improved their selection over the years. The employees for the most part are nice, although their cashiers tend to be rather rude. The store itself is clean and the deli food is decent. I recommend it. =)

i've been in the store a couple of times in Avoca Iowa, the first time I didn't really pay much attention to the prices but I thought that they were a little more expensive. The second time I went I looked at a known inexpensive food item Denty Moore beef stew. This place charges over five dollars almost 6 dollars for 20 ounce can. That is insane so I elected to no longer buy groceries from this place there's a Walmart 30 miles away and another small town and there's Dollar General in two different cities that aren't real far away. after looking at some of the other prices on some of the other stuff they have they are wanting to cater to millionaires evidently. The employees are very nice And helpful when you ask a question the reason for two stars his house so incredibly expensive stuff is at this place nowhere near competitive with anything else.
