Sunset Inn & Suites - Lincoln Airport

Roach in the bathroom, 2 bugs IN THE BED. If I wasn't so exhausted from traveling I would demand a refund. Stay here at own risk. I wish I had not.

ZERO Stars! Sunset Inn and Suites. It sounds really nice. Don't bother, don't do it. We paid and turned around and walked back out and drove to another hotel.

OMG this place was disgusting! Dirty, bed frame was broken, no smoke alarm, ceiling was leaking, then ceiling was falling in over the shower. Went to three different rooms & then asked for our $$ back. Some shady people were going in & out, if you know what I mean. No stars. At all.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in. We checked in and got inside our room only to find that someone else was already staying there! The employee showed us to another room with two beds that was available. We walked inside only to find that it had not been cleaned yet. There was literally trash everywhere....It took 3 attempts to find a half decent room that we could stay in after we already booked this hotel online. Also..this is not a family friendly area. There is literally an adult store across the street. Stay away from this place!

This hotel is literally a dump. Parking lot is poorly lit. The building is clearly not maintained both inside and out. The carpets are stained and look filthy. The room was extremely basic, no amenities at all, not even a remote for the tv. The bathroom had a child size toilet and the dispenser for the toilet paper was broken. If you're looking for a place to rest for a night as cheaply as possible then here ya go.

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. This place was the absolute worst. It smelled like someone was burning tires as I walked in, every piece of furniture was broken, the lock didn't work, the outlets didn't charge my phone, the shower was disgusting. This place is an absolute shitshow and it shows a complete lack of pride in the owners work. Anyone that says they had a better experience has to be either a bot or a burner account made by the owners. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place looks nothing like it does in any picture. It is horrendous. No door in this inn needs a key to open, not even the doors to the rooms. Yes, you read that right, the ROOMS don't need a key to open. Once in the room, our dresser was broken, the door to the bathroom had a hole from probably a fist, and the carpet is ripped. Most of the outlets in our room also didn't have electricity. We felt gross staying in the room and even even decided to skip a shower because the bathroom was so disgusting. I'm not sure how this place is still open, maybe there isn't a health/safety code they have to abide by, but choose somewhere else.

I made the mistake of booking rooms at this...establishment for the Red & White game. My father in-law choose this place for the price. You do however get what you pay for. Their were broken windows on the first floor when we drove up. Their was no one at the front desk when we went to check in and we had to wait for someone to show up. Their was a note that said to call of no one was at the desk but the phone was already incessantly ringing and no one was answering it. The lobby was also blocked off with a note saying no one could sit there! It took us a long time to check in and when we finally got to our rooms they were appalling! I doubt anyone had vacuumed recently and my son found cookies in the air conditioner, un-popped popcorn on the floor and the outlet looked like a safety hazard. He said the sheets also had holes in them when he checked. He immediately came to my room, which was equally dirty and made me feel like I didn't want to touch any surface. The bed sagged so badly it was like a hammock. And said we were leaving. We immediately checked out. Never again. Spend the money to stay somewhere reputable. Not somewhere you feel you might get the plague.

What can I say that probably hasn't been said. We are renting by the month. Has to supply our own t.p, trash bags, bedding and towels. The price you pay is not set from one person to the next. The price we paid is way to high, especially when the hotel right next door ( owned by the same person) was $200 cheaper. You will most likely get a room with bedbugs or cockroaches or both. The website says they offer breakfast... No breakfast, not even a place to sit and have coffee. Animal friends... Yeah but at what expense are you willing to spend on the animals safety. The staff a are helpful but the complaining night manager is a hard pill to swallow. The beds are well warn in, as well as broken.

This motel is nasty they have bed bugs and when I address the problem they tell me they don't have anymore rooms plus they ceilings look like they have mole coming from it I will be contacting board of health I even took pictures
