If you're looking for the Waldorf Astoria, this ain't it. However, if you want a relatively clean room with a comfortable bed and a hot shower for a reasonable price, this is your place. I'd stay here again.

If I could leave zero stars it would be more appropriate for this stay! When I arrived I had to go to the bathroom so bad after a long road trip, and discovered they had no bathroom available to the public. :(Then, after paying for my room, I was told there was a $30 cash deposit. You don't tell a customer this AFTER they have already paid!! This is an important detail! When I got to the room I noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the room smelled musty instead of freshly cleaned. Next, I noticed a half used shampoo bottle that was there for my stay. Gross!! It didn't even look clean, much less sanitized. The towels were dirty and folded and the pillows either hadn't be cleaned or were stained... didn't even want to give it that much thought, but hard to avoid the obvious issues! The tv turned on but then lost sound and then got sound again... Weird... The bathroom sink was missing the plug and did I mention I could hear the guy snoring next to my room and it sounded like they have leaking water from somewhere, but I couldn't pin-point where it was coming from, nor did I care after a long trip. Because I wasn't in a place I would normally stay, I walked the key up to the front desk. The guy asked me where the envelope was to it? I apologized and explained I never got an envelope. Then, when I asked "Steve" what his name was (because he looked like he just walked in off the street) he asked: "Why do you want to know that?!" Ummm.... because I like to know who I'm talking to for one thing!!! He told me that they don't give receipts at checkout like you would expect at a "normal" hotel. Long story short, I will NEVER stay here again! The owners / management should take more pride and have higher expectations for their establishment when they are in the hospitality trade!

i would never recommend this hotel, booked on expedia for $120+tax and there was a hold placed on my card. upon arrival the place looks creepy and completely rundown, when we went to check in the couple working the desk took my name and told me itll be 200 plus tax a night and i said no i already booked and a hold was placed on my card, they claimed it was their last room and the world series was going on so i couldnt get the expedia rate although it was already booked, after arguing to get my money back they all of a sudden found my reservation receipt with the expedia price and still wanted me to stay we refused, also when asked what my name was (its chanel) she called me shaniya and said theres no reservation and i corrected her on the name and she rolled her eyes and purposely pronounced it "channel" in a rude tone, they wanted us to stay for the original price we booked after arguing but we refused to stay after the way that exchange went.

The staff was mostly friendly but not too happy when you tell them theres something wrong.They let it get over 90 degrees in the hallways.My 1st room had a clogged drain, a broken deadbolt and the door chain was barely hangin onto the wall with shallow screws in drywall which had obviously been yanked out before.I immediately asked for a different room which they gave me.My 2nd room had a broken shower head which they replaced the next day. The shower curtain was fabric with black mold in it. Everything had a hazy film on it including the mirrors, had to clean those for them. Woke up in the middle of the night to marijuana smoke rolling into my room. During a storm water was DUMPING into my room through the ac unit. I literally walked 4-6 ice buckets of water across the room to dump in the sink.

If you're into dive hotels and slum lords that could care less about there customers. Well then you're in luck. Because this is that place, who rents by the month to whom ever will hand them money. Which explains the management's total disregard for there customers. Oh and that star I gave them, has a minus symbol in front of it. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels, motels, inns, suites and air bnbs. Bar none, this was my worst experience to date.
