We had our lawn aerated in late October 2023. The process was so simple from start to finish. They scheduled us quickly, arrived on time, and finished quickly. Smooth process all around! The yard looks fantastic and they provided us instructions for care.

Called SunCo to start a weed control service. Was told can't do this week but the following week they would get started. The following Thursday I called them because the week was almost over and I hadn't heard from them. I was then told Thye couldn't do this week but someone would call to schedule the following week. I asked if they would call that afternoon and was told no but someone would call early the following week. I aske when and was told she couldn't say when. What a messed up company. This was my first connection with them and that was how I was treated. Imagine how it would be after they started. Don't use this company as they have no idea what they are doing

I've used Sunco for several different types of work over the last few years and am consistently impressed. They installed large water and fire features for us which are every bit as impressive as we had hoped. They also weed our landscape beds leaving them looking beautiful and healthy. Whether they are spreading mulch or working on our sprinklers or using enormous cranes to install boulders, Sunco has done everything in a professional manner & exceeded our expectations even when I have last minute requests. As a business owner I recognize that they have made good hiring and training decisions. As a proud homeowner I recognize their quality work which significantly beauties my home and increases it's value. I highly recommend Sunco for your corporate or personal landscaping needs. You'll be pleased with the results.

Extremely unsatisfied with the service (or lack of) from this company. I am an active duty service member currently stationed in California and my wife used this company to service our sprinklers in preparation for the summer. The first visit she was informed that a control valve needed to be replaced. He was here approximately 15 minutes.The second visit they came to replace valve and said that the system was good to go. The next morning the system started and had broken sprinkler heads and the replaced valve was leaking, which flooded our yard. When we contacted them they said the technician said the system was was working fine when he left. Insinuating that my wife had done something to it herself. My wife spoke to a manager and no fault on their end was admitted, he also stated that our system was inferior and did not offer to come and fix it because everything was "working" when his technician left. At this point I called the manager from California and said it would be best if we just parted ways and asked for a full refund which which we were given. Overall I would say the total experience with this company was poor and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have used SunCo's lawn fertilization service for the past 6 years and have been quite satisfied. It's not cheap, but neither is buying bags and bags of fertilizer and putting it down myself. The lawn always looks great, even with the stray dandelion. I wasn't as happy with the irrigation system startup/summer maintenance that they did last year. I don't think that particular tech did a very good job. I was watering the street quite a bit even after he left. And this spring I noticed a large pool around a drip zone area. I repaired the line break myself and it seemed to have been there for quite some time.

I had to have my sprinkler system shut off and prepared for the winter. Alfredo was working and was nothing less than excellent. He showed me step-by-step what he was doing and was well-versed in his craft. Alfredo was very polite and respectful: greeted me with a handshake, took off shoes when coming into the house, etc... I look forward to continuing to use SunCo in the future. I had an excellent experience. Thank you, Alfredo!

I was hit hard by the wind storm a couple weeks ago. Sunco has been taking care of my lawn and tree chemicals for a couple 3 years now and my yard (all 2 acres of it) has never looked better. I lost 2 100 year old trees and many many large and small branches in the storm. It was overwhelming and heart breaking seeing it. I'm 74 now and this was just a bit too much. I called Sunco and Brian came out right away. He reassured me that they could get a crew out within a few days and not to worry. The big trees I will need to get a professional tree trimmer for. They are huge. And in just a few days they were here and in one day worked miracles. They came back a couple days later and finished. The county came the past 2 days and picked it all up. 8 dump truck loads! The tree company will be here soon to take care of the danglers and the big trees on the ground. But I am SO thankful for the Sunco crew that came and took care of the mountains of debris on the ground. Their work turned what looked like a war zone into order and control so quickly. It was very calming for me. Thank you to all of the people involved. I look forward to the next phase of cleanup....mountains of small branches everywhere!!!

I called sunco and let them know I was looking for an estimate for fertilization and weed control for next year. We are a town home association and have 19 roof tops total 38 residences. When I told the lady I was a board member of our association, she said we don't work with HOA. Your advertising says you work with residential and commercial. We fall into one of these categories. Very disappointing.

Joe was at our house today to apply fungicide and no chemical no poison mosquito barrier. I went out to ask about the watering recommendation for the fungicide and he was very helpful in making the application effective. Have been very happy with the service. Also, want to mention Justin as a expert on the turf. His coaching has been essential to maintaining a healthy root system. Thanks
