They always pick up on time, dont really leave any sort of mess. If I need extra pick up or have larger than normal pick up all you have to do is call and they come get it!

Not sure if they are busy picking trashes but it's very hard to get a hold of them, and don't expect them to return your call within 24 hours. The worst customer service ever, no manner. I'm done with them, they don't deserve any star on Yelp.

We were very unhappy with this company. Every time i called i always got an answering machine, and left messages and never got a call returned. We finally got through to them that we wanted to cancel our yard waste and after multiple attempts we finally got it canceled. They they continued to charge us for yard waste service.After this i was fed up with them when they wouldn't credit our account for the 2 months of service we got charged for. i wanted to cancel our service altogether and they refused to pick up our trash cans. We said we were trying to sell our house and they decided they would just leave them there for the next owners.i said this was unacceptable and they need to come pick them up, and that's when they hung up on me.i will never use their service again or recommend them to anyone.

The office help is rude and condescending. On several occasions I have called to inquire about pick up guidelines or missed yard waste pickup. Instead of working with the customer to resolve the problem/misunderstanding, they blame the customer and act like the situation is a huge inconvenience. Very poor customer service.
