The store sells expired products! When my wife called to inform about the expired good and ask for a refund. The guy refused to issue refund and blamed us for not checking the date of expiry before purchase.

My go to place for all the yummy items needed to have good ethnic food at home. Clean, open late, taking safety precautions and friendly owners.

This is nearly the apotheosis of great little 'ethnic grocery' stores. It's a tiny space but everything is so orderly and tidy and packed tightly so there's a lot of good stuff to be found in here. I have since tried most of the stuff we bought and it was all awesome! The prices are great and my only complaint is super minor but worth mentioning. All through the small store, we were stared down very sternly by the otherwise polite and helpful woman at the register, she didn't take her eyes off us for a second and it was really obvious she thought we were about to shoplift them blind, despite neither of us really having anything on us that could conceal any merchandise, despite us being the only customers in the store and therefore being easy to track, and despite the fact that there was a monitor with a bunch of camera views up front that she could've watched us just as closely on.Don't get me wrong, I'll come back, but I was a little offended. I get that you gotta protect your livelihood but you don't have to be actively rude about doing it.Other than that, great store!

Not just the best Indian grocery in town, but the only one! Apparently the other store is now owned by a middle eastern man and is carrying less and less Indian items. The owner was helpful when I was looking for mukwha, and I ended up getting several things I haven't seen anywhere but at that store. The pickle selection is fantastic, and they have two of my favorites, Lime by Mother's, and Green Chile by Deep. Everything is very reasonably priced... I'd even say cheap, though the store is by no means cheap looking. Also, very calm, quiet atmosphere. Thanks very much to Suji and his family. I hope you stock fresh fenugreek leaves!

Easily the best Indian grocery store in Lincoln. Great selection for those who know their way around Indian food and a lot of products for those just getting started. The staff is very friendly and always happy to answer questions. I love this place

Nice store. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good frozen food section. Great off-street parking. They have frozen paneer. Nice selection of snacks. I'll go back and experiment with Indian cooking from time to time, but for Indian Cuisine I belong in a restaurant. Great market if you know what you're doing.

Pretty sure you could eat off the floor here. The man and woman who own this grocery store are very particular and keep it spotless! Their customer service couldn't be better! Lots of frozen food options for lunch! A+++ oh! And the owner teaches cooking classes at the yoga center!

What a wonderful grocery store. The owner was very helpful and even carried my basket around helping me find the items I needed to make my recipes. I got a basket full of hard to find items for $18. It would have cost me double that if I had bought it at a regular grocery store. When someone came in for something he didn't have for sale, he gave them a portion of his personal stock for free. Very impressed with the prices, friendliness and customer relations! I will definitely return for other items.

This is a wonderful, bright little Indian Grocery. I love supporting local Groceries with kind owners. The couple that own/run this clean and organized business are helpful, pleasant, and grateful. They have a good selection of legumes, rice, spices, frozen foods (like frozen paneer if you're feeling lazy), papadam, pickles, chutneys, a small variety of fresh veggies, tubers and herbs as well as lots of dried, canned and jarred items. The prices are fair and some things are a really good deal, like 3 bunches of green onions for 99 cents. We are lucky to have this little treasure in Lincoln. I would like to see a few Ayurvedic products, especially toothpaste and maybe a few interesting gift items, cards, stationary, fabric/textiles, natural baskets, small bangles etc...but I also realize there is a lot of money in inventory that can be on the shelves with no guarantee it will sell. It would also be awesome if they sold some local ghee, like Branched Oak Farms ghee...or buffalo ghee.
