Jeff is the WORST Server/Bartender EVER!!!! He has waited/served Us many times and each is more dreadful than the last. If I could leave negative stars I would gleefully. He is rude, crass and uncouth yet believes he is hilarious. We keep giving Sugars chances but when We see Jeff we should turn and leave.Today's breakfast took 1 hour and 11 minutes to receive the wrong toast, rubbery eggs and cold unseasoned hash browns for my entree. Thank Goodness for Mindy who refilled my coffee because Jeff had taken my water to refill and didn't return it to me for 14 minutes. My husband's Steak was cooked beyond Well done when ordered Medium and would have been inedible but it had soaked up all the plate juices while it sat forever in the window. People that arrived AFTER us received their food before Is. We watched a Couple that was sitting across the bar from Us open & consume a snack they brought with them.... Only to have Jeff tell them their 'Order was in the works, he didn't forget about them.' (They had ordered before Us.) Deplorable, Disgusting and Disgraceful.

Took my family to breakfast here this past Saturday. I've heard great things from friends and had been to the bar portion years ago but wanted to come back to try the breakfast everyone raves about. The menu is full of delicious breakfast options as well as lunch and dinner options and they have a kids menu with activities and crayons for the kids to stay busy. We ordered a couple larger breakfast skillet type items and a few kids items. The food was really good and our waitress was awesome. The food was hot and fresh and came out fast. For breakfast options in CB I would still rank Duncans/legends and Main Street above Sugars but I would definitely keep this place in mind for a great breakfast option and will definitely be back.

Went to sugars one late morning with a few friends. We were celebrating and we're more so in the mood for wings and beer. We asked our waitress if we could order wings but she said we couldn't until lunch time but she will double check with the owner/boss just to try to accommodate what we were wanting. The owner was actually walking over to our table to deliver some drinks and our waitress kindly asked her if our wings requested could be accommodated. The owner was so condescending and rude to our waitress, talking to her like she was a child that needed to be reminded about the rules. I will absolutely never support a business that treats their employees this way. Shame on her.

I went to Sugar's with my sister and wife recently and I have to say, it was a pleasant experience. It is joined with Sugar's Bar but we went in the morning so there were only people eating. The first thing that I noticed was how cold it was. It was pretty cold so if you go here I would just make sure you had a jacket or something on.I ordered the Fantasy Island, which is hash browns with a biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, and some veggies on top. It was pretty dang delicious. The food was good but not sure if it was worth $8, but it did however fill me up.The customer service from the wait staff was great. They greeted us, were nice, and were very friendly throughout our breakfast.Overall, it was a very good experience and I'm more than willing to come back and try their dinner food.

We stopped in on a Sunday night. It took the waitress a good 10-15 minuets to come over to get our drink order (there were only three other tables). Half the drinks were right, the other half were incorrect or forgotten. This also took an extended period of time. We ordered cheeseburger pizza, cheese bread, dinner salad, a side of bacon, Rueben with spicy fries, grilled cheese with fries, a roll up with fries, and BLT with spicy fries. Nothing came out together. The pizza came, about five minutes passed, a couple sandwiches came, another five minutes passed, a roll up without the fries came (fries were supposed to be out shortly and never came, along with the dinner salad), after a reminder and another 15 minutes, the grilled cheese with fries came. From the time we walked in until we received the grilled cheese, approximately 90 minutes had passed. The grilled cheese was also put in a to go box because everyone had finished eating by the time it came. The pizza was the best out of everything but used to be better. The sauce, a mixture of ketchup and mustard, was barely there. The Reuben was small, meat was tough, and spicy fries were seasoned but not spicy. The BLT was lacking bacon and the roll up was dry. Our waitperson was nice and probably would have been a good cocktail server but struggled with more than a couple things at one time. One of the guests selected Sugars because they hadn't been there in awhile but after discussing being met with continued issues, another guest said this was common when she came.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place!I met a girlfriend here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. A cup of coffee was $1.50. I ordered a mushroom and swiss omelette and it was STUFFED with tasty mushrooms and just the right amount of melted cheese. My breakfast came with hashbrowns and toast. For $5.95 it was quite the value of a meal. With tip included, I got out of there for $10 (and with leftovers). This diner is attached to Sugar's Lounge, so don't be surprised when you walk in! The servers/waitresses were attentive, as my friend and I never had an empty cup of coffee; they keep the refills a-comin'. Our server was very nice, too.I will definitely come back! It's a relaxed atmosphere, it seems it has many fans, and the food was pretty tasty.

Word on the street is that there's two newer sets of owners but the oldest guy is the real money behind the bar and the gals worked at other establishments around town.Megan is great, always very friendly, FUN, and quick to serve you a cold drink. Blondie is a bimbo at best, loves to sit at the bar with her husband while they get drunk night after night. When blondie does work, she walks around lost and only speaks to those patrons she knows, instead of engaging in convo with everyone. And blondie's dad is a very creepy old man that doesn't know to keep his hands to himself, especially when he's drunk.Sugar's recently changed the menu and no longer serve some diner type staples...mashed potatoes and gravy? Who in the hell would quit serving mashed potatoes and gravy at a diner type restaurant??Bathroom needs a serious update. Megan does a great job with the decor updates. It may eventually turn into a place where people can go to NOT watch AMC western shows and watch some actual football games. Hence the huge NFL helmets on the back wall.A/C does not work well and would love to stay longer, in the summer months, if the air was not so stagnant and hot.Whitney is amazing and should own her own bar. Enough said! If you haven't met Whitney and Megan on day shit...you should!
