Typically being from rural Nebraska you get used to eating subway. One thing I didn't expect though is finding the best subway tucked into a tiny store front in Lincoln. I frequent subway and this one is the best for various reasons. 1. The staff always greats with smiling faces. 2. The ingredients are fresher than I've ever had elsewhere or in any fast food setting. I will be returning regularly!P.s. get the steak and cheese, I promise you'll be satisfied

I really like eating at this particular Subway. The staff is always cheerful, courteous and patient. They take the time to let you decide what you want and are very careful to take each step at a pace to be sure you get your sandwich exactly the way you want it. I enjoy eating here and I like the variety. It keeps it from getting dull. I also found yellow mustard, spicy mustard and honey mustard. Wow, 3 kinds of mustard....

The workers here were extremely nice and friendly. They gave me plenty of time to choose what I wanted on my sandwich. The guy in the tie-dye shirt took very good care of me and made my sandwich! Great experience!

10/10 director made my sandwich and gave me a piece of roast beef while dining. Most enthusiastic and kind subway worker I've met! Sandwich tastes great, and music went great with it.

Now once I put my order in I pulled up to the window and sat for 4 minutes with no contact of "hello" OR ANYTHING. I do understand they have to make the order but they7 have more than 1 employee there and it doesn't take much to poke your head out and say they are working on it. Now once he got to the window I asked if he could mark which sandwich was which. He said he could hand them in the order they where ordered in and said he would hand me my meatball sub first. I stopped him and said that I had not ordered a meatball sub, I ordered 2 Italian BMT and a steak sandwich. He stuck the order ticket out of the window and very bluntly told me that "NO THIS IS WHAT YOUR ORDERED" in a way that it made me feel like I was an idiot and I was wrong, not a customer that may have made a mistake at a no contact ordering system. He then was upset and was saying that they would make the correct sandwich and that it would take a bit. As I was trying to confirm what was going on the correction and to make sure everything else was right he slammed the drive thru window closed as I was talking and totally ignored me. It really felt like a big ol' F*CK Yo* to my face. When he did this I thought I could call a friend that actually used to manage that store to get in contact with the owners because I was sure that was not how they would want the customers to be treated. This friend I have had for 10 years or so and went through some of the hardest times in our lives together. He told me that he did not want to get involved and that usually this store manager named Robert was a nice guy. I was on the phone with him while Robert was speaking very unprofessionally to me and I was asking if he had hear that. He insisted he couldn't get involved. Robert said they had made the correct order now and I could pay for it or I could just leave. Now I know the old axiom of don't piss off the people that prepare your food so I was reluctant but gave him my card and said I would pay but due to this experience I was going to contact the owner. He was very dismissive in a way that sounded as if "GO AHEAD AND CALL THEM BECAUSE YOU'RE AN IDIOT AND THEY WILL SIDE WITH ME!". He also stated that I can go online and fill out a survey, because he knows that for the customer nothing comes of those surveys. He then sated in a very snotty attitude and he was just going to reverse the card charge for the sandwich after he gave them to me and told me to leave and slammed the drive thru door again. So once I got home I looked and this did make the sandwiches wrong, which I was trying to correct in the first place. I called to another stores that is owned by the same franchise owner to ask if they could have the owner call me. She stated she would pass it on to her GM and he would tell the owner. I decided that as useless as it probably is that I would fill out the online survey but to do that I have to have the store number. I called the store and Robert answered the phone and I asked for the tore # for the survey to cooperate. He told me he would not give it and that by me calling another store in Lincoln I was harassing him and I am not longer allowed at the subway and my phone # will be blocked and hung up. I tried calling one more subway to obtain that store # and the one on Old Cheney acted like they did not know what a store # was which was suspicious. Well I had not other choice at that point so I drove back over to that store to request copies of the charge and credit to my card since he rang it in the system and never gave them to me I have the right to them. He started out by yelling and cursing at me to leave. I did not even yell and told him I want copies of the charge and the credit or it is an unauthorized use of my debit card. He again yelled and cursed at me to the point his co-workers told him to stop. He told me to leave and I told him I will not and he would have to make me leave until he gave me what I asked for. He then went in back and grabbed a red metal bar or bat and his co-worked forced him to put it down behind the counter. He then came around the front and took my cane away from me that I need to walk because I have 2 prosthetic legs and took it outside and threw it in my car forcing me to stay leaning against a table. He cam back in cursing and yelling at me to leave, I explained I could not since he took a device from a disabled man. I then started recording the even and eventually the police came and told him to provide my receipt and they very politely, unlike Robert, asked if I would leave now that I had the receipt with the store number. Even the lady cop said the store manager was so far from acting professional that i wasn't even funny....and cops have to seem impartial! VIDEO IS GOING TO FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE AND SUBWAY CORP.
