Bubbles and trapped dust/dirt. Taken two weeks after tint was installed.
Like I was saying
Tint colored in with black marker
tint cut short- They were happy with this job, I was not.

This was my third car that needed tint and I will simply say, I will always use Studio 1. The kid who works there is a good dude, and he has good workmanship. I appreciate the honest expectation on how long the process will take and he's super detailed on what you need to do after...even if it's not much, it is important. I generally try to purchase cars with tint but hey...sometimes it doesn't work out. And for those times...Studio 1.

This car wash is a joke. I don't even know where to begin. The wash bays are filthy and I'm talking everything is gross. In the bay one sign says $2.50 to start the wash one says $3.50. You pop quarters in and sometimes they don't register( I lost at least a $1.00 to this) tire wash and wax both seemed to not produce any cleaning chemical. Outside at the vacuum station multiple ones are out of order. This place should be avoided, just keep driving to the next car wash if smart!

This purchase does not achieve the core function of why people get remote starters installed. In this case I got this as a Christmas gift for my wife so that she can get in a warm car with our disabled son. The car will start, lock, and unlock to be fair, but will not run the heat/AC even if the dials are in the on position and in the desired temp setting. The last two mornings after remote starting the car, it was cold as if the heat wasn't running while the car was running. I got in the car and had my wife remote start it with me in it, and it most certainly was not pushing out any air. Complete waste of money if having a warm car to get into is your desired goal.

Terrible service, from people that could care less about service or quality.First, I will say I have had 10 cars windows tinted over the years with out any issues. Studio 1 was the worst, I do mean the WORST job I have ever seen. I would not go back there if it the work was free. A 5yo on his first tint try could have done as well as they did.I made the mistake of buying a groupon for tinting my windows from Studio 1. When I called to make the appointment they sounded like they were just woken up or drunk or stoned. I was so concerned, that I called the day before just to make sure I was on their schedule, I left a message with no call returned. I should have run at that point. When I picked up my car, the guy was just as clueless. He charged me full price and said I never told him about the groupon, I told him twice. I went to the car and pulled right back into the bay. There was a large gap in the tint were it was cut short. The guy offered to put tape over it. I said no, it needs to be fixed right. The 2nd guy- who actually did the work, did not need to see it because he already knew about it. He said the car was extra hard to do. I insisted it be re-done or refund me a discount. They would not do a discount so I brought the car back AGAIN.The 2nd appointment, I left a note asking to be texted when the car was done. That was too much to ask. The tint is now cut short on the other side, and they used a permanent marker to fill in the gap. NICE!!! When I got home, I noticed they left an open razor blade on passenger seat! NICER!These guys are terrible. They do not leave directions on the seat, or even tape over the window switches. They totally do not care at all. I will never, ever, go there again!FYI- the groupon did not save me anything, because they added a bunch of "shop" charges, and over priced the windshield tint visor. I should have known better when the shop is located in a car wash. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose, Studio 1 window Tint is a LOSER!

I got my first car tinted there with no problems! Great tints that looked nice so when I got my new car I thought I would go back to them to get it tinted, big mistake. So my dad bought my tints for me as a Christmas present and I called them up around mid-December to schedule my tinting appointment. They told me the soonest they could do it was early January and I was kind of frustrated when I heard that but thought to myself they must just be backed up with appointments so I understand. I bring my car in on the scheduled date and bring my invoice with me and when I drop my car off I asked the guy if he needed my invoice and he said no. I go back to pick up my car and at first I think they look light but then I assume that it is just because it was parked in front of a light pole and it was night time so the light illuminated the inside. My dad paid an extra $50 to get 5% and I found out shortly later that they only gave me 20%. This is the fault of the guy who said they didn't need my invoice at first so he just assume I was getting 20%.Just have to reschedule and get it fixed not too bad right? Wrong. I called and told them they messed up my tints and thought they would get me in quick and get it fixed but I had to wait till the end of January to bring it back in and I had to bring it in the night before it gets done because I go to school in Lincoln and had classes the day they were getting tinted. I bring my car in on Thursday and expect to be done Friday. I then get a call from my dad telling me that my car won't be tinted until Monday because they only have one guy who does the tints and he was sick so I was like great I have to wait 3 days to get my car back. That is not actually too bad, until Monday comes around and I call to make sure my car is getting tinted so I don't drive to Omaha for no reason and when I call I find out that he is going to be gone the whole week for being sick. You can imagine how angry I was when I found out I wasn't going to have my car back for a whole extra week. How can you run a window tinting business and only have one guy that does the tints. The day rolls around when my car is supposed to be done and I call to make sure they are tinting it and they say they it is and it will be done around 6:30-7 and I am an engineering major so I have lots of homework to do so I timed everything so that I got to Omaha at 7 and could pick up my car and go straight back to Lincoln but when I get to Omaha they still haven't called to say my car is done so I called them and they tell me it won't be done for another hour! So I had to wait around in Omaha doing nothing for an hour and then go to pick up my car around 8 and have to wait around for another 30 minutes or so and there is also other people in there waiting too.One of the other guys in there was very heated, he said he dropped his car off at 9 a.m. and was told it would be done at a certain time and ended up waiting in the shop for over 2 and a half hours, just ridiculous. Decent tint job but awful inconveniences, never will be spending money at this place again

This was a great experience. I've never had any custom work done on a car - this was our first time. We bought the Groupon for window tinting, and they were upfront and honest the entire time. We worked with Rob who was 100% professional and personal at the same time. Pretty humorous guy as well. Really enjoyed working with him. There are no hidden fees. The only fee you may not expect is sales tax (based on price of Groupon), because it is required by law. We did _choose_ to pay a fee because our vehicle had 9 windows - and the Groupon covers 7 windows. But that's on me, the customer, to know beforehand. It was only 10$ per extra window over 7.We turned our car in Thursday evening and it was ready by Friday mid-day. And it is a job well done, and it looks flawless. I will gladly do business with this place again.

Do not use this place unless you like hidden fees, false advertising, terrible service and faulty products. I used Groupon which should comprise the total cost of the service. Unbelievably, they added $7 to use their tools and shop. They don't answer their phone. When I got there the receptionist said she hadn't even looked at the phone amd probably didn't know where it was. I had windows done before there and they are peeling. To upgrade to a darker shade they wanted $50 more dollars. Only come here if you want to be ripped-off.

Very disappointed in the service . I bought a Groupon for our granddaughter for window tinting $65.00 for a $129.99 deal. The legal limit for front seat windows is 35, but she did request they match her rear seat windows which were 20. Too dark for front. So of course additional price, whether she understood or not. She also wanted the visor part of her windshield tinted. Which of course cost more. Their cost for visor tint is $69.99, the business where my husband had ours done was $50.00. By the time they were done it cost her an additional $138.72. So much for the GIFT we gave her. They only subtracted the $65.00 instead of the $129.99 deal which should have been the amount subtracted. She shoulld have only had to pay $65.97. Buyer beware!!!
