The jury's still out on how much long term help the Stretch Zone is going to do for my postures issues. I only go twice a week at this point-- easing my way in. They have half hour and hour long sessions that can be tailored to each client. Strangely, I feel taller when I leave there, maybe due to stretching the vertebra, maybe it's in my head. It is relaxing and the staff make sure it's not painful. I have had three different practitioners and they all provide consistency in the stretches. Maybe after a month I'll see real progress.

I took advantage of the free session through social media and signed up for a date. The front desk staff are friendly and water or coffee is available near the front as you wait for your trainer. I am cognizant of being on time and was a bit disappointed the 1 p.m. appointment started late. Everyone who is a trainer/stretcher has a 2 week certification from an organization from what was told to me. I was asked to sign a waiver as well as provide information of past injuries, surgeries, etc. I really wanted to get my external and internal rotators as well as flexion of my shoulder joint and this area was ignored based on the trainer stating I was "too tight". I believe this is the reason you should stretch these areas and why I was really there. Also, I was disappointed to hear that I had "imbalances". It's difficult to observe an imbalance if only the hip extensors were stretched and not the hip flexors. Also, there was no true assessments used such as a goniometer to provide actual proof of measurements. Overall, the staff were very polite, pleasant, and not pushy for me to sign up for a membership or package session. I can see some positive benefits from having someone take you through passive stretching to improve certain areas but I was not convinced that the routine I went though was sufficient to purchase a package.

Amazing staff and AMAZING STRETCH!!! I am not a super athletic person, and I didn't understand the concept of this business until I went in for a stretch-- I left feeling better than I have in a VERY long time!! After that experience, it took me less than 1 second to sign up for a membership and now I tell everyone I know about it!!

Buyer beware, no details are provided on expiration of sessions purchased. Enjoyed and felt good about initial session, bought more sessions not monthly membership. Also purchased more sessions on promo the sent me. Did not have time to get back for a bit, checked app to schedule and all sessions gone...called and GK said no biggie it happens. Manager will call and help you out. Manager/owner called and was rude and said no chance they expire...I asked where that was written, nowhere. Did associates make people aware- no. Deceptive business practices. Find another place to do your business. Abigail and Austin were great when I did get to use some of the sessions I purchased.

2 minutes agoNEWAfter experiencing a stretch treatment in Phoenix I was excited to see Omaha offered this service. Made an appointment I then needed to reschedule. I left a message and also an email requesting to be contacted... no response to either. Had an appointment for this morning ... received a confirmation email and also reminder email. Showed up today and was not on the books. Frustrating! This place needs to work on their communication skills. It may be great at stretching but have to be able to experience it to be able to form an opinion.

They charged my card $220, unknowingly to me. When I asked about it, they cited the agreement I signed. When I signed, I was under the impression I was paying a 1 time fee, not auto renewal. Now they refuse to give me a refund or even respond to my email. The stretching didn't help either.
