What a gem of a butcher shop. Family owned and run for several generations, apparently grandpa came over from the old country and didnt speak any English but boy could he make sausage. a shop was born and its been in the family ever since. We spoke with his daughter who now runs the store and she was so incredibly nice. Everything is made in-house and the love and care shows. We were just passing through but knew our next hotel had a bbq so we bought several varieties of sausage to try (fresh polish, smoked polish, garlic and fennel, german, hot dog plus some bacon, jerky and snack sticks).Our favorites? We loved both versions of the Polish sausage and the bacon....5 stars for those. 4.5 stars for the Italian fennel and garlic and 4-stars for the remaining items. If we lived here, we'd be regulars for sure. Apparently there is a huge festival that make all the sausage for. Its amazing that they hand make all those sausages for this festival. What a treat! If I am ever in town when that is happening, I am going! Sorry I don't recall the name of the festival. I had planned on taking pictures of the grilled sausages but I forgot until after I cut them up. The next day I cooked up the remaining sausage and completely forgot to take pics. The best (and most flavorful) way to experience this post is to go the the butcher shop, buy, grill and eat these sausages and bacon...:-).

Have been coming here for a couple years for wild game processing. They are always friendly, helpful and quick as can be expected in peak season. I've never had any issues.I usually opt for rough cuts of my wild game, but I do enjoy their summer sausage as well. The jalapeno cheddar is quite good.All depends on how much you're willing to spend here for meat processing but they offer a wide range of options (jerky, sausage, steaks, etc).They also have all sorts of meats for sale here (steak, brats, ground, etc). I've never ordered meat outside of my own wild game, but all of it looks great.

What a find, the man is in the Smoked Meats HALL OF FAME, what else do you need to know? Handmade goodies of all sorts. He has frozen Brats of all kinds, the hotdogs are probably the best ever, not to mention his peperoni. The Arizona Red Hots were Amazing.It reminded me of the grocery stores growing up, so it has some age. There is a lot of history in there too. It is old timey and it isn't flashy at all. It doesn't need to be. The quality of the meats speak for themselves.I try to tell everyone that I know to go here. You name it he has it or he will get it for you. Most is locally sourced, we asked about a lamb and he told us everything about the lamb he gets, how old it was, how much it weighed and what we could expect as far as the cuts we would receive. It is important to note that you will not find new age technologies or newer styles of smoked meats and treats. Things seem to be done here in a very old school or traditional manner. That is exactly what I expect from a spot like this. I love it here

Stoysich House of Sausage has been one of my favorite places for a while now. Service here is great; always met with hospitality here. They have a wide selection of groceries to choose from - mainly different types of meats as well as various cheeses. Their sausages are top notch, especially the pickled ones. Definitely worth the price. This place deserves a good rating, and more business.

I dropped off a deer to be processed, I had venison burger, tenderloin, bacon and summer sausage made.Not only were the quick and a great price , but everything tastes amazing. Can't wait until next year to bring in another one

A step back in time !! Wonderful little gem. It's like stepping back into your grandparents store. Quality meats and frozen goods. Well with time to stop and buy some great meats.

This is the Mecca of Meats!! Wow! Wow! Wow! Just get here NOW! This place is Awesome. Family Owned and in Business for over 70+ Years. Awards?! The walls are Full of Them! The Sausages, Sticks and Cheese speak for themselves at that word is YUM!! Great reasonable prices with Excellent Service! You don't find places like this anymore but when you do JACKPOT!!

Out of my way, since I live in Bellevue, but worth the trip. I enjoy going there to buy some of their home made brats (I try different ones every time I go in; I like best their apple brats and Polish brats). I also enjoy their beef sticks, which come in many flavors. Sometimes I also treat myself to some pickled canned sausages (I get the hot ones), and, their thick cut pork chops are great. Always friendly service. Reasonable prices. Reminds me of old time butcher shops I would go to as a kid.

I award five (5) stars on the grounds of quality. The shop has a restaurant. I had the cabbage rolls and samples of Italian sausage. I recommend both. The ingredients are fresh. It is clear the meals are prepared for a long time. The restaurant has a charming ambience of Old World Europe. The service was excellent. The value was reasonable. The food is high quality, and the prices reflect the high quality.

This is the real deal. Forget the big box stores, this place has unbelievable variety, amazing quality and the workers are knowledgeable and nice. Tried the andouille sausage and thick pork chops. I'll be back to take another step back in time!
