Horrible!!! Started in July and not done the following April, but started billing in full in November even though the work wasn't complete. It took them 5 months to send close out paperwork to insurance and in the meantime they are charging me late payment fees while I'm waiting for them to do their job.

Stonebrook Exteriors and Roofing went above and beyond to correct an issue when things didn't go exactly as planned.After a hail storm in 2016, I didn't think much about what went into the quality of shingles for a new roof. I made my selection based on the quality of people I would be working with at Stonebrook and I got it right!In May of 2018, we noticed some minor water damage on the ceiling in our master bath, below the skylight and chimney. Stonebrook came out right away and fixed an issue around the skylight then repaired the drywall and painted the bathroom.Unfortunately, the first attempt didn't reveal the full extent of the problem. After a long steady rain in September, we noticed another leak around the skylight, then discovered more extensive damage behind some boxes in the closet beside the master bath. Again, Stonebrook was on site right away doing extensive investigation and testing to find the root of the problem. It turned out to be a faulty skylight, but just to be sure that we got everything right this time, Stonebrook replaced the skylight, all the shingles, the water barrier and flashing around the skylight and chimney.Knowing they cover all the bases provides real peace of mind for a home owner. For the interior repairs, this time they went above and beyond again ~ Home Ready replaced all the damaged drywall, insulation and vanity, then painted. Unbelievable, I'm not sure you can find any other company that stands behind their work like that. There was no question, they are the best in Lincoln. They did a fantastic job to make everything look new again!Erin and Jamison are awesome people, great to work with and willing to do whatever it takes to serve the customer with true professionalism. They took the stress out of a difficult situation. Good people like this are the mark of a great company. Everyone says they have great service, but you don't always see it until they have the opportunity to make a tough situation right. These guys dribbled shingle nails and paper wrappings into our yard all day long from a shingle job on the neighbors house. We assumed they would give us a knock to pick up their nails and trash before they left. Nope.

We had Stonebrook Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters.-Roofing team was fast, did a great job and were diligent and meticulous about keeping the site clean and cleaning up when they left.They had a great eye for detail and we could not be happier-The Gutter team also did a great job, were very fast and left absolutely NO trash! (that can be a real problem with other companies)During the roofing/gutter replacement process, we noticed a few spots that needed additional repair. The Stonebrook Team gave us a very competitive price to repair the areas and again, did a excellent job!The company's Project Manager, Kylie, was awesome and did an excellent job keeping us updated on any scheduling changes or concerns. More importantly, she was very responsive to all questions and concerns during the entire process.I can strongly suggest using Stonebrook for any residential exterior work!!!

A business with a heart and good customer relations!I had a great review from a family member so I called Stonebrook after the May 2016 hailstorm that devastated Lincoln. They were stretched thin with all the work in the area but got to us within a reasonable time. The gutter guy didn't install the gutters as we had agreed, but I was billed for the work. However, and it took awhile, Stonebrook made good on it, even though I believe they had subcontracted out this work and had to find someone to finish just this job. They followed up on what was agreed to verbally. This is great customer service and this business deserves kudos!

I called Stonebrook roofing about an estimate for an EPDM roof replacement. The company returned my call and was completely honest and up front with me about what their schedule looked like which I truly appreciated. I was also offered some very good free advice on how I might proceed choosing another roofing contractor to do my job. Thank you Stonebrook.
