Stone Creek Golf Course

We ate here before heading to a Friday night football game. The atmosphere was light and welcoming. Bartenders were great and service was quick, our food came out just how we ordered and was delicious! My daughter and I both had quesadillas, which were surprisingly yummy! Their chips and salsa isn't my favorite, but they have a few other salsas than their standard that I much prefer!

I wouldn't call myself a golf athlete in any setting, but as an outsider to the sport I believe this place is quite nice! I was able to attend the driving range with my boyfriend. This establishment was very clean and from what I could tell, well maintained. For how frequently other individuals attend, the grass on the driving range wasn't as beat up as I anticipated. This was also a very reasonably priced activity especially if you are planning on improving your distance and power on the driving range. They also had a very pretty putting green with around six different holes to practice. This allowed us along with several other people to practice their putt at the same time.

I'll first say, I only come here for the food and drink. I have not played much more than a bucket of balls here. I live near by so this is actually a quick bike ride or walk to the club house to meet friends for brunch or sunday funday.My last visit was last weekend and it was good! We sat inside next to groups of guys playing in the simulator bays. I kind of enjoy watching that, and I know you can rent and get a topgolf/beyond golf experience.We started out with drinks, I ordered a spicy margarita. It was $10 and I audibly gasped at how small this drink was. It was maybe 5 oz of a margarita, and this is the same bar that makes 20oz bloody marys, for less. So I was disappointed in the size, it tasted good, but wasn't that spicy. I then got the bbq pulled pork sandwich, and again, it was tiny. So I am not sure what's happening here but the portion sizes have gone down and the prices up.Never the less, that staff is super nice and attentive. I will continue to hang here but hope to see some minor changes.

I LOVE Stone Creek. I've golfed every one of their courses and even as a novice golfer the courses are challenging but not impossible! I've been taking lessons with Drake for a few months now and he's great! Very encouraging and always knows what to tweak to make your hits better. Also the drinks here are top notch. The Bloody Mary is literally one of the best I've ever had. It has to be the "spicy" one. It's really not spicy but they infuse the vodka and it's absolutely delicious! The margarita is also one of the best I've ever had! Again it has to be the "spicy" margarita that uses infused vodka with pineapple and jalapeño but it really isn't spicy. Try them both you won't be sorry! The patio is such a great place to sit and have a drink after golfing a round.

The course was great. The staff was friendly and gave good instructions. The course was easy to navigate and well maintained. The carts worked well and had a touch screen that showed you how far you are from the home.

The food at the new club house is amazing! I have been a few times and no one in my party has ever not liked their food. It's so good! They also have a beer float that I highly recommend, it's lots of fun! The only complaint I have is that servers and cooks were not wearing masks which seems quite irresponsible especially in the indoor seating area. Besides that though, the new club house is great and very nice and they have some simulators I haven't red but look very neat! Would definitely recommend checking it out especially if you haven't been since they built a new clubhouse

This place definitely deserves more than a 2 star rating. I don't think this is a good course for beginners - it is a pretty long course, at least for Omaha standards, and has a ton of bunkers. We played after a significant rainfall in the area and a lot of the bunkers had a fair amount of standing water. If you are going to have a lot of bunkers you better have a better drainage system as I am pretty sure the standing water we encountered today will be there for days.Overall though, I appreciate the nice mix of par 3s, 4s and 5s.The club house is literally a double wide trailer and for the pricier neighborhood in which this course resides- they should amp it up a bit. Stone creek is a course I like to keep in rotation though, I enjoy playing it.

DO NOT PLAY HERE. They over book there tee times all day everyday and do not enforce pace of play rules. Finished 9 holes of golf in 3 hours which is unreal. Waiting on tee boxes for 15 mins at a time. This is unreal and needs to be fixed but they're head golf pro is too greedy to spread out tee times.

Our group consists of anywhere from 4 to 12 senior golfers each time. After golf we always have a meal and drinks. On 11/15/21 we went into the bar after golf. In the past some of us have ordered the chicken nuggets off of the "Kids" menu since we are seniors and don't eat as much.This day there were two males working the bar. Since there was no waitress, we had to order from the bar. Two of us were allowed to order the chicken nuggets, but two of us were told from the second bartender "Thats for kids you can't order that". I was one of those turned down. As a result I did not eat at all based on principal. Stone Creek only lost $6.00 plus tip. But they will lose more in the future as I will not support the bar in the future. Our group plays many rounds of golf during the year. The one bartender was very rude to us.

Course is always pretty nice and in good shape. Huge problem is they over book the course and dont enforce pace of play rules. Youll be waiting minimum 10-15 at each tee box
