Sticky Rice

Had a great experience here! The drunken noodles (which I ordered extra spicy with beef) were so flavorful, though I would have liked the noodles with a bit more chew. The egg rolls were really nice and crispy. I also tried the sticky rice nuggets with beef jerky, out of curiosity, and I'll say if you are considering them, I'd recommend just getting the sticky rice NOT in nugget form. It's not bad, it just takes away some of the texture I look for in sticky rice. But all in all I was really happy with my meal.The wait wasn't too long once my order was in, though next time, I plan to order ahead, as the restaurant is basically a kitchen with a counter and a few chairs to sit at to wait for your food. This really is a takeout only place. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'm excited to try more dishes!

YUMMMM! Coming from the vibrant, diverse cuisine scene of Los Angeles CA & being new to this state, can I just say I am SO stoked to have found Sticky Rice! What a hidden gem found in the heartland of America; this place satisfied my craving for Thai food so entirely, I came back twice in a week and a half. (Devoured it too fast the first time for pictures). Sticky Rice is every bit authentic and delicious as any food, especially Thai food, made from the heart should be. I recommend ordering online over calling in your order because the cashier seems quite shy/softspoken and there is a convenient drive thru as this is not a sit down & eat establishment.

I stop at Sticky Rice every time I go through Grand Island. It's worth straying 10 minutes from the highway. The Pad Woon Sen and Pad Krapow from this little takeout spot are two of my favorite dishes...ever. Sticky Rice isn't just a gem, it's a revelation.

I wanna start out by saying that I'm new to grand island and just moved out here in April of this year, I'm from KC, so Thai food and other ethnic cuisine was on my menu every week. So when looking for a place in Grand Island that was enjoyable, the first few Chinese restaurants just didn't really cut it. I wanted Thai food, specifically craving pad Thai. It's definitely a comfort food of mine and I'm very picky. Sticky Rice not only makes the best pad Thai I've ever had, they also have introduced me to other Thai and Laotian food. I'm a picky eater but I would eat anything from this place. Truly. On their website they explain every delicious detail of the origin on their food and what it can be compared to. They allow you to customize your "heat level" for each dish and it's actually the most accurate measurements of spice I've ever encountered getting pad Thai. The food is not stained with red chill powder and the flavors balance out so freaking wonderfully. Their curry is also to die for, as well as their signature rice which is easy on the stomach and great to eat as a filling snack. The most recent thing I've tried is the TOM KAH with chicken which is this warm delicious coconut soup. The small shop is close to home and is open reasonable hours. The inside is very cute and has lovely snake plants as well as seating to wait for your food if you wish. Using Uber eats as pick up, (which is mainly what I do to order here) is fast and efficient with kind service every time we go. My grandmother and I eat here at least twice a week if we can. And the portions of food always allow for delicious and easy leftovers. I absolutely recommend this place 100% for newbies and old towners.

I placed a to go order over the phone. There was a mixup somehow and they thought i ordered more food than i did, but no big deal. I got my food and it was tasty. Not the best ever, but i would eat there again.

BEST THAI EVER! O.M.G. your tastebuds will cheer, your saliva will thirst for more, and your smile will applaud! I was lucky to have a coworker refer me to this place and it is TRULY a new and going to be my favorite for years to come! The service is exceptional and I love the location and everything is made fresh on the spot! If you have been searching for amazing Thai, your quest is over!

The best gem I've found here. I'm here in GI for work and I've been back 3 times since I've been here. I'm from Georgia. The Pho is really good. I love the plants and the owner is really chill. Best local food I've had since being here. Would recommend anyone looking to eat good and enjoys quality.

Don't let the ambiance fool you. This place is delicious. I love everything I have tried here. It is my favorite place in G.I. I recommend the sticky rice with mango.

Food was exceptional. The taste was great. And the service was good. I would definitely recommend if in the area.
